I found this such a trite film. Every trick in the book was used to make the audience love it. The lovely moments and there were a few, were completely quashed by its desperate need to please - the Van Morrison songs were the worst offenders.I found this such a trite film. It's a pretty balloon. Enjoyable enough but schmaltzy and over-sentimental—completely empty. Why did I watch this?

Completely boring , acting is completely unrealistic, there is no drama no tension. Typical tropes to be considered an “Oscar” movie.
