Not as funny as I thought it would be but the film has some of it's moments and have some great memorable scenes.Mr. Bean is a fun man.Bean is not bad at all but it is not great.

Bean represents Rowan Atkinson's first attempt to translate his brilliant character into a watchable 90 minute film format. Unfortunately the film is flat and mostly unfunny. An extended cameo by Burt Reynolds(before it was cool to have a cameo by Burt Reynolds and frickin' everyone wanted one) adds a little flavor but the resulting film is still a cheese sandwich.… Expand

Very funny film, Atkinson is brilliant and premise is reasonably good, but in many ways could have been better.

"Bean" is an OK movie, which will bring you laughs, a lot of laughs. The plot is funny, the characters are funny and Mr.Bean got the same, great idiotic and unique acting.

"Bean" has good intentions. But noble intentions can't help this tired comedy movie overcome obvious gags, overabundance of plot holes and bland characters.
