When users by & large disagree with the “professional” critics, I usually side with my fellow “amateurs” out there, & I rarely disagree with BOTH sets of critics. That’s why I’m surprised that, in the case of this movie, the user ratings so closely mirror those of the professional critics. I’m no particular fan of Jamie Fox or any of the other actors in this film. I simply disagree with the extent of the negativity displayed by both sets of reviews. I found the film genuinely entertaining & I fail to see why more users don’t share my opinion. I’m not suggesting it’s a good movie. But if you haven’t seen it before & you’re bored, I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised by how entertaining this movie is, especially if it’s cold & raining outside. … Expand
