Her transformation is a feat of costume design with the monster looking so real you want to look away from it in horror. Likewise, the special effects department is on their A-game with plenty of gross out blood splattered moments that made me feel like I should be carrying an umbrella. After a long search for horror films, I came across this odd, yet fascinatingly freaky movie. Bad blood had amazing special effects, that at times I had to turn away because the scenes just seemed too real! I really can’t think of a better horror movie to watch than Bad Blood in order to get ready for the Halloween season. It was dark and grotesque, but I couldn't look away for even a second. Bad Blood exceeded my expectations and left me pleasantly surprised. The concept was one that I had not seen before, and the costume design was equally unique as well. My favorite part of the film was the relatability of its main character, Victoria. Victoria was back home taking a break from college, but she couldn’t quite catch a break from her parents. The struggles that Victoria faced at home all come to a head after she is transformed into an amphibious monster. Bad Blood was thrilling and extremely fun to watch. I’d definitely recommend for any sci-fi or horror movie fans.… Expand

After watching this horror film, I will never see frogs the same way. It freaked me out how the sound of the frogs croaking would sneak into the background sound. The worst part is that now when I see a frog on my door I walk around because IAfter watching this horror film, I will never see frogs the same way. Bad Blood was an awesome indie jump-scare froggy tale! It was much more intense and vulgar than I expected. It was very interesting how director Tim Reis used the classic human turning into a werewolf story, but with an "amphibious" twist. IBad Blood was an awesome indie jump-scare froggy tale!
