If you're a fan of anything in the MCU there's something here for you, The final battle is honestly one of the greatest things cinema could ever witness-- From everyone coming back after being dead for 5 years to the music going heavy and the violins and brass to Cap finally saying "Avengers Assemble" it's honestly something I'll never ever forget--Throughout this movie I was laughing, crying and cheering every second of the way- While Stan Lee is no longer here.. This cameo is the perfect swan song for him and had me choking up just seeing him- This movie was everything I've ever wanted in a comic book movie and more! This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. Avengers: Endgame is a league of its own, and is my second favorite MCU movie. This movie, which marked the grand culmination of the MCU and the Infinity Saga, is a work of art that is probably a once in a decade occurrence. Endgame is a long movie, and rightfully so since it had a lot to do in that runtime. What’s beautiful about the film though is that it manages to do all of that perfectly while delivering a lot of fan service moments and callbacks. Endgame is filled with references to previous MCU installments, but works them into the story beautifully so that the movie doesn’t feel like it was made only for fan service. The filmmakers understood that they needed to progress the MCU and reach the conclusion of the Avengers conflict with Thanos at the same time as wanting to remind us of some notable moments from previous movies. From it’s opening scene to its conclusion, Endgame is an emotional rollercoaster that grips you and never lets you go. There are funny moments, sad moments, happy moments and pretty much every kind of moment you can think of. Certain characters are given fantastic moments to shine and go through amazing arcs that show us how much they’ve changed since we first met them, and we get to see sides of them that we haven’t seen before; certain actors give probably their best performance as their character yet. Many of Marvel’s casting choices paid off immensely in this movie. The action is unbelievable and gives us an idea of what Marvel is capable of with fight sequences. The big battle of this movie gives the Wakanda one from Infinity War a run for its money. The script and directing are also phenomenal and help make the whole movie flow very smoothly. It’s also nice to see certain actors reprise their roles from previous films, especially ones we haven’t seen in a while. Endgame has a satisfying ending and great conclusion but still leaves plenty of room for storytelling and development, stuff we’ve seen recently with Disney+ shows. Thanos remains an intimidating villain in this movie and shows just how smart and powerful he can be when he needs to, giving another uncommon example of when a villain is allowed to reprise their role. There are times in Endgame where the continuity is questionable, but those times aren’t very disruptive and are completely overshadowed by the good moments in the movie. At the end of the day, Endgame is a movie about failure and how it can impact people differently, but also about what it means to be a team and what you can achieve with teamwork and unity. Avengers: Endgame is the probably the best Avengers movie so far and is a true masterpiece on every front imaginable.… Expand

Did captain america travel to that distant planet and put the soul stone backand reinject the other stone into thor's girlfriend and put back thors hammer. By the movies own logic they created multiple universes where they didnt win. Marvel changed to much as they went along, I could write a better story in the time it takes me to poop. However, I need someone to write good dialogue. Great movie if your 5 years old. So disappointing. I could go on all day, idk why so many people liked it. I liked the other marvels but this sucked. The scenes where Iron Man snaps and Captain America lifts Thor's hammer deserve a mention too. They were also some of the greatest scenes in a film ever. I don't think I've heard an audience cheer so loudly in my life. This is the only film I feel deserves a 12/10 rating it is that damn good.… Expand
