This is a total failure. The main problem with this movie is that the director is unable to build any kind of tension whatsoever. The film ends up being extremely boring and a huge waste of time. The film ends up being extremely boring and a huge waste of time. The scene in the labyrinth at night is the worst where the extreme slow pace and the total lack of direction demonstrates that surfing on the handy-cam hype doesn't make a good movie. No pact of fiction gets established and even the end doesn't save the movie. There are far better movie of the same genre like the excellent "Grave Encounters". Expand

Watch the first five minutes then rewind to the last five minutes and there is the film in a nutshell. It's "The Shining" meets "Blairwitch" Sounds like a cool idea right? WRONG!!! This film has the nothingness of blairwitch with it's mockmentary style but then becomes plain boring when the concept is revealed to be claustrophobia. The end is shocking but trust me when I say, you could have a lot more fun making your own scary movie then watching this one. Expand

I actually liked this better than The Blair Witch Project. And I wasn't nearly as bored as the others were. Guess I was paying attention or something.
