It's a story about two girls in high school, who have a falling out and have to find their way back to each other, while learning who they are and what's important to them. The pairi of Chloë Levine, of Netflix's The OA and Adam (2019), and newcomer Kimie Muroya is spot on. They have such chemistry together, and the comedic moments hit hard. There is a surrealism to the film that, mixed with the magical realistic tone of the film, leaves much open to interpretation; more so than your average teen film. Expand
