This was an absolute mess. The plot didn't make any sense, the characters are dull, and there was absolutely no explanation to what the **** is going on with that other earth. I mean seriously, who the **** gives a **** about this randomThis was an absolute mess. I mean seriously, who the **** gives a **** about this random depressed lady when there is ANOTHER ****ING EARTH SITTING RIGHT THERE IN THE SKY WITH NO EXPLANATION??? The best thing about this movie is that it's only about an hour and a half long. However, you'll be spending all your time waiting for something that never really happens. There is no real plot twist or any visual appeal. What you get is aThe best thing about this movie is that it's only about an hour and a half long. Originally I was quite interested in this film, but now having finally seen it I can say that I am greatly disappointed. The two main characters in my opinion were both dull and inattentive to the greater importances in life. The two main characters in my opinion were both dull and inattentive to the greater importances in life. Although I do understand the need for some metaphorical drivel, the "second earth" could not have been more neglected. If directors really want to craft this sort of tragedy story, I suggest choosing something a lot less extraordinary to accompany it. Things of such great importance and intrigue are never served proper justice and I find that irritating. Barely a film worthy of a recommendation, also considering how hard it was for me to find it.… Expand

Good lord, I spent the whole movie yelling "please do something" and "what is this about anyhow?" It jumps around trying to do like 4 different things, but each of them at a glacial pace with mind-numbingly dull dialog. This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. One of the most painful movies I have ever seen. We were struggling not to turn it off when I said to the wife "If they get sexy, this has gotta go off". Why the-... I don't know. Then it happened and I actually had to get up and do something. I fast forwarded to the end to see the last bit, a borderline criminal thing to do, but I was disappointed enough to do it. I had wasted an hour already and I'll be damned if I'm denied the ending. I'm glad I skipped to the end though, so I could be all snarky at the "cliffhanger" ending letting out a glorious scoff of superiority. I've never made a film.… Expand

Une belle affiche, c'est important ! ainsi, cette belle blonde avec en fond une planète très bleue et un titre énigmatique qui suscite une curiosité immédiate : une autre Terre ?!... et comme en plus c'est un titre en anglais (traduit ici parUne belle affiche, c'est important ! ainsi, cette belle blonde avec en fond une planète très bleue et un titre énigmatique qui suscite une curiosité immédiate : une autre Terre ?!... et comme en plus c'est un titre en anglais (traduit ici par mes soins, ne me remerciez pas) ça fait plaisir aux jeunes qui parlent couramment franglais !

Cependant, à propos de ce film indépendant à teneur science-fictionnelle, j'ai une bonne et une mauvaise nouvelle : la bonne nouvelle, c'est que ça ne dure qu'une heure et demi... la mauvaise, c'est que ça dure une heure et demi... et la petite morale de l'histoire si vous tenez jusqu'à la fin (je vous préviens, c'est un vrai défi...) verse dans la facilité naïve et simpliste, une vraie déception qui s'ajoute à un ennui très important (lui aussi) qui n'a d'égal que l'absence de scénario étalé sur.... une heure et demi (mais au moins quatre ou cinq heures en temps ressenti).

Après donc une si belle affiche qui promettait certainement de grandes choses, qui vendait du rêve en somme (en somme !) on ne peut que s'estimer floué, car en vérité, le produit fini n'a que des baillements à offrir. Et de la niaiserie pas crédible qui pourra néanmoins plaire aux lecteurs ou lectrices des romans Harlequin. C'est dire si c'est mauvais, oui, je vous assure mais c'est à ce point-là !… Expand
