Austere and melodramatic, but surprisingly on point.
Melissa Barrera may not be carving out the most illustrious career in Hollywood, but this film is one of the most creditable of her career.

While it could easily be labeled as just another average and under the radar indie film, I wouldn't label it as just another average and under the radar failure, if you know what I mean.
It's certainly watchable, though don't expect anything extraordinary either.… Expand
