Getting tired of these movies that portray Liam Neeson as an "Ex-Cop from New York", I mean sure "A Walk Among the Tombstones" is different than "Taken" and "Non Stop", but come up with another back story or at least get a different actor.Getting tired of these movies that portray Liam Neeson as an "Ex-Cop from New York", I mean sure "A Walk Among the Tombstones" is different than "Taken" and "Non Stop", but come up with another back story or at least get a different actor. I don't know where to begin in describing just what a bore and snooze fest is the film called A WALK AMONG THE TOMBSTONES. This is one of those rare Hollywood films that feels utterly amateurish and inert. Dull.
Character development ? Non existent.
Violence sequences? None memorable. Overuse of tropes? Hell yeah!beat those tropes ,beat them to death. Memorable soundtracks? There was a soundtrack? Memorable characters? Err the kid ? Wassisname?Dull.
Character development ? Non existent.

Memorable characters? Err the kid ? Wassisname? The one with the redeeming talent.
Scenery, settings? Duller than a wardrobe of beige.
Romance? Ahahahahaha.
Main protagonists effort in role? I’m pretty sure Liam died somewhere along the way but the crew just pushed him onto set regardless.
Redeeming features? It ended.
Waste of life levels? Better off head butting a wall, save electricity people.
ANYTHING good about this film? I guess it didn’t glorify drugs so that was a good thing I guess. Although the addict was remarkably healthy looking for a long term junkie. (Ex military of course. Can’t miss those tropes)

So to conclude, if you want to see Liam sleepwalking through a graveyard in which the tombstones our act him this film is GREAT! If ,however, you want something with anything remotely interesting, exciting or challenging? Avoid.… Expand

Below-par B-movie with cruel, unsympathetic characters, vicious, depraved, nihilistic violence, no humour, no motivation or emotional narrative arc. why is this rated green I think this is the worst films hes made it was VERY BORING its a F ING inspector film with a crappy twist which you see from a mile away I mean come on he gets dissmissed for his bullet missing and hitting a child andwhy is this rated green I think this is the worst films hes made it was VERY BORING its a F ING inspector film with a crappy twist which you see from a mile away I mean come on he gets dissmissed for his bullet missing and hitting a child and later a child gets fingers cut off the people that made this film are sick this wasnt a good film would not buy would not watch again stick to taken or other types of shoot them up films this had less then 3 mins worth of shooting so yeah crap and boring… Expand

I thought this movie was dreary and boring. Liam Neeson had to try to rise above the terrible script, but
it was all together too gory with practically no story line. It seemed as though they recruited the
actors from the morgue andI thought this movie was dreary and boring. Liam Neeson had to try to rise above the terrible script, but
it was all together too gory with practically no story line. It seemed as though they recruited the
actors from the morgue and randomly placed them all over the set!!!

Really should miss this one.
