Final movie I saw at LIFF (Leeds International Film Festival) and not only was it best film I saw at the festival, but the most heart-breaking and relatable documentary that captures the horrifying effects of COVID-19, and I don't mean peopleFinal movie I saw at LIFF (Leeds International Film Festival) and not only was it best film I saw at the festival, but the most heart-breaking and relatable documentary that captures the horrifying effects of COVID-19, and I don't mean people being infected be it, just mentally. The deadly virus, that we are all familiar with, has changed our view of a "normal world" for better or worse, maybe both.

The documentary follows patients and medical workers battling the COVID-19 pandemic in Wuhan, as early as January of 2020. It all boils down human error. The error of not containing it. The error of not acting fast enough. The error of not informing your people. The error in human beings, where selfishness and cruelty become another form of disease. The errors of everything. Even though it is devastating to watch, but there's strangely a sense of hope to it. Like, there's light at the end of the tunnel. What can't go to it, but it will come to us, slowly and eventually. I think we all need reminded during the bleakest of times to HOLD ON.… Expand
