While the game’s levels offer plenty of freedom, TransWorld Snowboarding itself sticks close to the established trail.
  3. Solid in every aspect, with a few outstanding features (audio, some of the level designs).
  4. An epic adrenaline rush capturing the freedom and terror of 'boarding. [XGamer]
  5. An all-around solid game with some spectacular visuals and fun multiplayer modes.
  6. 76
A solid snowboarding experience, but it lacks the flash and pomp of a truly great game.

Frame rate gets choppy and detracts from the experience. [Jan 2003, p.66]
  8. Just sit back, switch your brain off, chill out and enjoy what is a fine snowboarding game.
