The only real knock against Two Towers is its limited replayability. [Feb 2003, p.68]
  2. The problem is that you have no control over where the camera is pointing so 50 percent of the time you'll be aiming at something off the screen.

Essentially Gauntlet without the magic. You can't even play as Gandalf here.

The game is alright. It isn't anything too spectacular. The graphics are fine. The music however was stellar. But the gameplay is where The game is alright. It isn't anything too spectacular. The graphics are fine. The music however was stellar. But the gameplay is where this title falls short. The combo and power attacks needed to be tweaked a bit. Because they have no real power when your player is surrounded by 10 goblins. Sure you can turtle up in these situations and block it out but there are some levels which you are timed so that strategy doesn't work. Also charged power attacks for the most part are useless since they can only be used when stationary and during this time you can't block either. The gameplay could have been executed a little better and with it alot of frusteration could have been saved. All in all, don't buy this game just burn it off your hard drive. Full Review »
