    Give me a break people! I mean, some of these so-called experts are rating this game like it was Kasumi Ninja for the Atari Jaguar. This is a very good fighting game. No it does not have the complexity of Tekken, nor the depth of Soul Calibur, but it does have fun to offer. I am sick and tired of games being rated on their one-player side of things.     A good start for a soon to be great series. The game play is simply fantastic ... for newbie users, start off with the default difficulty (easy/medium), and pick the character that apeals to you the most and go for it ... Kick up the difficulty when you can. And don't forget to use the wall and poles to surprise and attack.     I've played about 250 xbox games, and would rate this as the worst out of all 250.

    Maybe I'm reading these reviews a bit late, but to me, this game even lacks the beautiful visuals and awesome sounds as so many have claimed for this title. The game play is light years beyond frusturating, only to be better described as noobful. Figthing games always have a hard time with re-playablility, and this game is a true testiment to this fact. After a few quick rounds with each character just to see what they look like and what their chi attacks are, I hardly totaled up about 3 hours towards game play for this title. As far as I'm concerned, you can only knock somebody out over and over again so many times. So I guess without a fatality type of move as seen in the Mortal Kombat series, the fights get extremely repetitive and are not worth the effort of sitting on your couch and staring at the disproportionate characters in the game over. Like mentioned earlier, nice try Tobias, it's better than what what my two pre-teen neices and I could throw together, but doesn't even begin to compare to Mortal Kombat.… Expand

    Penalized by being one of the few fighting games you simply cannot play with a newcomer. It's far more complex than your average experience. It's a bit bland, to be fair, and the camera changes angle at random. After getting the hang of it, there is some genuine fun to be had here, but the casual player will drop out way before that.

    Ok this game was made by the Mortal Kombat Team (as written on the cover) but something went wrong and everything looks strange: the movement, some of the quotes by the characters.. but in the end if you have to play with friends is a good game for an evening.

    But what better way to show off the extravagantly idealized female form than with high kicks and kung fu-style stretches? Watching them pee sitting down would just interrupt the action, which is tremendous.
