    This is what i think the most kick ass game ((RPG)) that there will be till at least Fable comes out or if the rumors are true that the next KOTOR is sopped to kick some more ass than this.

    Now don't get me wrong- I am an Xbox fan, and I don't hate Star Wars- I do, on the other hand, greatly dislike rubbish Star Wars games- hence the rating of '4' that I have nominated. The graphics are distictly average, the pace of the game, mediocre, and the plot tiresome.     This is by far THE best Star Wars game ever made, period. From the epic story line to the combat and character development, every aspect of this game ROCKS! The only semi-bad thing were the load times between areas, but hey they weren't long enough to warrant undue frustration. If anything, gave me time to get something to drink or whatever and not have to pause the game. In the end, This is by far THE best Star Wars game ever made, period.     This game is fun hour consuming. If your a scout(like me) the best team is: 1)either jedi 2)mission. I beat the game in record time with this team.

    this game is amazing. it had my friends and me including bantha fodder into our daily vocabulary. i've never had so many people watch one game at a time, its like a 40 hour movie. good movie.

    A really stellar game. This game is truly absolutely engaging through gameplay, storyline, and the missions. And the issues of the Light Side and the Dark Side is nearly powerful. You really do know that you're doing something bad. You realize this action will make you worse...now's that genuis.

    The best game ever. I'm a big Star Wars fan even after the Episode I debacle and Knights did not disapoint. Even after I got past the first level of Taris, I thought that their couldn't possibly be more. And Oh there was more, much more. Once you think that you've done all the side missions, you notice another one, and that other one leads into another, then into another. The best game ever.     A very good game but too easy. without difficult puzzles and exploring is too easy because most planets only exist of a few locations.

    This game is such a good game. Spend so many hours on this game and it was all worth it. The story line was amazing and the fighting was great!! Great Game!! Go buy it!!

    Ok for all of you guys that are complaining about the bad frame rate and the limit on environments and the Skipping of the disc..............get a life and play the game for what its meant for.....fun!!! there is no way that u can have this much fun with anotehr game style RPG (real time). The only thing that i would maybe comment on is the loading time between areas and that is it

    This game was pretty good and kept me interested which is high praise as only a few games have kept me intyerested for a long time such as halo goldeneye and morrowind and the classic mario games. second too moorowind i wud say thsis is a top rate rpg and should go in the xbxox hall of fame. 9 out of ten all round.

    I was somewhat disappointed by this game. First, there is no great challenge. Any characters who "die" in combat are miraculously resurrected after each fight. A simple push of a button from the PAUSE menu returns you to base to completely replenish health, then a second push of the same button returns you back to the combat screen. Second, the amount of interaction between your character I was somewhat disappointed by this game. First, there is no great challenge. There is no use of strategy, no chance of your gunners to get behind cover or take any precautions against charging monsters--which I may add--are not incredibly diverse, as you fight clones upon clones of similar enemies. All in all, this is not a flagship game for the XBOX console. It is being overblown by the George Lucas hype machine. It is nothing but mediocre.… Expand

That said, I still think Morrowind (on PC or XBox) is a better game because of the sheer open-ended nature of it all. KOTOR does, at times, feel a bit scripted.     All in all, the game was a blast. For the first time in a SW game, I felt like I was part of the SW galaxy. I'll attribute this to the graphics, sound, and storyline. However, I did have a couple of problems with the game. - Not open-ended enough. They should've opened up additional storylines and mini-quests rather than just giving you cash. - Money. Money in this game has no value. I started spending everything I had on medpacks just to get something remotely useful (I barely even used them). Merchant items worthless since quest drops were so good.… Expand

    This game integrates all the expansiveness of the online text based MUDDs of a decade ago into an incredible graphical interface. Gameplay is smooth and offers a good deal of player intuition/decision making.......this could really, really expand in the online environment!

    I don't understand why this game go such good reviews. Perhaps I didn't play it enough, or perhaps, I've just been playing too many GOOD games on the PC, but I found this game boring and unrealistic, I couldn't get involved with it at all.

    Game looks great! It looks deep. Too bad it is virtualy unplayable on my XBox. This game locks up my XBox and when it does play the CD-ROM does excessive reading. Before you ask; My game is brand new. I keep my games and XBox in imaculate condition and have no children, meaning there are no sticky fingers to factor into the equation :)

    Fantastic. Pure RPG and really well done at that. You do nothing in combat (no twitching, you are picking attacks and stuff) and while you may think it is boring, it is anything but. It is a blast to pan the camera and watch them go at it. Just great. Story is top notch, voices are well done. Grafx are good. Not really anything bad to say at all.

    I would have to say that this is the best game I have played since Halo. I can't belive how far Lucasart and Bioware went to creat the perfect game to give a push to RPGs that will hopefully come out on XBOX. One of the things that excites me most, is that with Fable coming out who knows when, the success of KOTOR will hopefully push them to make an even better experience, in which I would have to say that this is the best game I have played since Halo.     This game is by far the best RPG game I have ever played. The amazing graphics, oustanding storyline, and incredible play totally made me forget about the one or two flaws--control of items/actions. Outstanding job by LucasArts and Bioware! Well done!

    I would give it a 10 if the system would let me; as soon as I started playing I became hopeless addicted. I have been thinking about the game nonstop since I got it, which I have not done in a long, long time. a long time. This will keep me going for a few months and is the best game purchase I have made since Splinter Cell.

    Oh yes baby. The force is very very strong in this game. Every little detail has been magnified to the extreme to make this the most playable star wars game yet. £50 has never been spent better... well apart from the bankok rent boy but thats a whole different story muhahaha. BUY THIS GAME!!!

    Tight game...immersive story,star wars fans will love it...kinda tough at first but once you have some skills and upgrades things move right along.Loved the murder case that you have to solve...pretty deep. Buy it NOW!

    Very good but do not use mission because there is a bug which if he is cloaked at a certain point your entire savegame will the ruined! go to the swkotor official forums to learn more. otherwise a really great game.

    I've never cared much for console or computer role-playing games, but I purchased KOTOR on the advice of a friend. I'm glad I did! It's fantastic. It's right up there in my book with Halo as a must-have breakout game.

    What can I say, this is a Star Wars game with depth and subtlety. It has an intricate plotline that you will actually participate in as opposed to just watch. The fact that your decisions influence the world around you add an incredible amount of pull to the already rich and rewarding plot. Disregard that entire statement. This game is absolutely incredible!!! This is THE BEST Star Wars game ever made. I agree with previous forum statements as well.     Fantastic game. The flexibility and gameplay dynamics are key. Combat is as fluid or as pause-tactical as you want it to be. Animations are excellent, graphics are between solid and excellent. I'm anxious to beat it so I can try out new character templates and alignments!

    This is the best RPG I have played on the xbox, it has one of a kind gameplay which makes this game a must buy because of the unique experience.

    When u get to pick eather the dark side or be the light is excellent. The graphics are cool, very well made and i hate rpgs, but this put rpgs back to date on the xbox. The sound is great especially in surround sound. If you own an xbox then you have to play this game its excellent. And sorry about the spelling and grammer.

    This is one hell of a game!!! I played it last night and i reckon it leaves Black and White for dead. I mean... come on... if Gamespot is giving an Xbox game 91% it gotta be great. Best use of a license ever?

    This game is top notch for star wars fans because of the depth and gameplay.The story like keeps u focused and the first time i played it i couldn't leave it alone. As of right now, I have played approximately 9 hours of the game, and I still have much exploring to do. The graphics are great, and the bump mapping is excellent.     This game, from what I saw on the trailers and demos looks really fun and complex. On average 40 to 6 hours of game play is the only reason I give don't give it a higher score. Still waiting for fable but this will do.
