Might I remind you this is the game that finally combines using the Force and starship combat, a concept that is so cool it could chill all the beer at five consecutive Oktoberfests.
-
The best version of this game lives on the Box - accept no substitute.
-
The Starfighter games for the Xbox simply feel faster than they do on a PlayStation 2. The speedy Xbox hardware simply offers a more realistic feel of what it's like to engage in aerial combat.
-
I know that you can't mess with the timeline of the universe, but it would have been nice to see a little more freedom within the layout of the game.
-
One key improvement Jedi Starfighter makes over the existing Xbox Starfighter game is in the realm of multiplayer. It doesn't have a system link component per se, but finally, someone has included a co-operative component throughout the entire story campaign.
-
Xbox Nation MagazineWeighs in a tad too light, and can be readily explored in a long weekend. [Fall 2002, p.118]
-
From a pure enjoyment standpoint, Jedi Starfighter is incredibly sterile and lacking any of the feeling and fantasy that the Star Wars series offers plus its virtually a carbon copy of the last one.

Jun 21, 2020Really just didn't enjoy this one. Clunky controls with repetitive gameplay. Attempt at story is too little.
