    People have complained up and down about the story, and that's fine, but anyone who has followed the comic books knows what is going on without a problem.

    Sadly the graphics are what lets the game down and to non fans will appear to be a basic no frills run of the mill game.

    There are simply too many instances of horrible enemy AI and shoddy development to warrant a purchase. The complexity of the controls is completely unneeded.

    Balance is the keyword here. Some of the weapons are actually pretty fun to use. Too bad they dont let you use them. This game is in dire need of extensive testing, and should be recalled for wasting time.

    It's fun using all of the Predator's gadgets and he's quite nimble, but the atrocious level design, horrible character models (save the Predator), the wacky camera, and the pathetic gore level keeps this game from being the classic that it could've been.

    Awesome game, played it on PS2 and XBOX - The controls are a bit hard to get used to, but there is just so much the predator can do.     If you like predator you will love this game, you can do all the trademark moves like flick out your wristblades, turn invisible (and then If you like predator you will love this game, you can do all the trademark moves like flick out your wristblades, turn invisible (and then comically sneak up on the bad guys to dispatch them in a variety of rather graffic execution kills) use heat vision etc etc. The game itself is your average 3rd person shooter with a pretty decent variety of missions, some of which have pretty tight time limits. This keeps up the pace of the game and also means your not just doing the same things over and over. Admittedly i havent got too far into the game yet so this may become an issue later on. Basically if you love Predator you should own this game. If your not that bothered there are probably better 3rd person games of this type (such as the highly acclaimed splinter cell series) Im intrigued to see what the critics say!… Expand

The controls are abyssmal, there's no stealth component to a storyline about a stealthy killing machine, the nice CGI story-cuts suggest much more interesting possibilities than the game offers (why couldn't we have had a "survival on the exile world level" instead of just seeing the cut scene with a hint of what the Predator struggled with, for example?) and the contrived storyline of a future gone wrong is mostly there just to create lots of mooks for the Predator to fight who have predator-like abilities; but the game ends up being more like "Legacy of Kain meets Contra X" more than what it should have been: imagine a Predator game modelled after RE4 or Project Snowblind. That would have been great. Younger fans can probably enjoy this game; but if you were a teenager when the first Predator came out like me, avoid this half-hearted effort to cash in on the license.… Expand
