Apr 5, 2012Fable isn't the most amazing game out but it is still a good game. I've had a lot of fun playing it over and over again. The combat still holds up today but the quests can be a clunky. Gets an 8 from me, a worthy purchase.

May 15, 2012If only it wasan't so easy this would be a perfect RPG, however the fact that i got this game when it first came out and im still playing it now shows just how good it is

Mar 15, 2022As a kid playing this, it quenches the fantasy need. Its simple enough but still a world filled with wonder.

Dec 12, 2018The Fun of this whole series is the fact you can be anything. While Fun i cant give a ten Its a bit glitchy but what do you expect it is a fairly old game. also the voicing of the characters is pretty bad but overall i love it

Jun 27, 2020Tal vez muchos de aquí no lo jugaron en su momento, pero este fue un titulo muy bueno y algo diferente a todo lo demás, es el mejor juego de la saga a mi parecer...

Jul 9, 2020This is one of the best games that the original Xbox had, I enjoyed the good-bad mechanics it was a game-changer, I have played this game about ten times, and is a great and different adventure that every gamer should try.
-
Jul 19, 2020A truly amazing, heart warming RPG. Great story, combat, and world to explore
-
Sep 28, 2020Fable is masterpiece. Fable is a open world role playing game set in a fantasy world. The main quest is great and the side quests and activities are also great.
-
Dec 23, 2020May free Fable did not reach it's hype, but damn this game was influential. From it's gameplay and story-telling Fable changed the industry for the better, even the souls games owe this game in some of their aspects.
-
Jun 18, 2021Best fable forever in the legend the gameplay is so innovative for the time we need the new fable to be like this one
-
Aug 20, 2021Was it over hyped? Yes. Is it still a great game? Yes. The fact you can be pure good or pure was great, being both was also possible. Plus, Jack of Blades was a good character as a lead antagonist.

Jun 9, 2023It's okay, the charm is all there but the gamplay is bland, the UI and HUD is bloated, and the story is completely empty. Overall there isn't much to speak of, but I see the blueprint for what the franchise would be.
-
Aug 22, 2023I loved it when it was released. It gave me many, many hours of fun. I remember beating it many times.
-
Aug 22, 2023One of the greatest RPG franchises ever made. A much better fantasy series than Elder Scrolls.

Just remember, Fable is not "Project Ego." What it is, though, is a redefinition for RPG's. It takes out all the frustrating elements of the genre, and instead puts in a heap of fun options and possibilities. This is why; despite its disappointing conclusion, Fable is one of the most gripping and enjoyable games that has come to grace the console scene.

Fable both soars and sinks. It's wondrous and wearisome, a great step forward in the development of heroes in RPGs and a tremendous stumble over its own two feet. And in the rising and falling, it finds itself. [Oct 2004, p.88]
