  1. The gameplay is totally original, totally challenging, and totally fun. A definite addition for anyone who enjoys platform games.

Creating a gamer's game through and through, Traveller's Tales has delivered a 60 fps cartoon epic without sacrificing expanse, dwarfing boss encounters or vivid effects by skillfully balancing model and environment integrity with performance. [Oct 2004, p.69]
  3. I really like how the different characters are voiced, and the individual casting is spot on.
  4. It's not in the same league as the infamous plumber, and the partner/weapon gimmick isn't new (Whiplash - Issue 27, 8.1 - did it before), but it's a sturdy exercise in comic gaming. We'll even forgive the fact it's ginger. [Official UK Xbox Magazine]

Splendid stage architecture, superb puzzle planning, and, yes, even the odd snide remark give it way more charm than most competitors. Despite limited replay value and slight conceptual deja vu, the title will entertain all age groups.
  6. I was pleasantly surprised by what I found here. When it wasn't kicking my head in for little to no reason, Twinsanity's a fun and funny game that's well worth a few hours of your time.

Publisher Vivendi Universal and developer Traveller's Tales have infused so much humor and likeability into the game that you will literally laugh out loud. You'll look forward to defeating each boss not just because you're that much closer to beating the game, but to witness some of the best in-game dialogue and funniest voice acting around.
  8. This is by far the funniest Bandicoot game that I have ever played.
  9. Rises above the game's original roots to bring a game that's both refreshingly humorous as well as downright enjoyable.
  10. One of the best Crash titles to have been released since its earliest inception on home consoles, and it's creative use of combining past enemies as partners is what gives Twinsanity a new lease on life.

This game is funny, fun to play, and is a definite improvement on the claustrophobic linear levels of games past.
  12. Great fun for our gaming youth and a humorous piece of nostalgia for veterans keen to spank their bandicoots, one last time.

Don't believe the people who tell you that it has good music, great writing or great game play. The music is horrible. Twinsanity is not a real Crash Bandicoot game. The character personalities are much different and don't respect previous titles. The humor in this game doesn't age well. Full Review »
