    THPS 3 is a perfect game in my eyes, and while some design choices made in bringing THPS 4 to this combined remake package didn’t hit me in the nostalgia feelings the same way I can appreciate the overall result. Welcome back to the 9 Club, Tony!

    Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4 is an excellent reworking of the original games into one massive package. While I miss the original career mode of 4, this Day One Game Pass drop is a game I’ll be coming back to for a very long time.

    The nostalgia and essence of Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 + 4 are still there. Perhaps to a lesser extent than before, but everything we love about the character and what he represents in popular culture remains. An icon who came to the world of video games to bring us charisma, fun, and, above all, the freedom to entertain ourselves. A must-try and enjoy game from the Xbox catalog.

    Another unadulterated dose of raw arcade-style gameplay, Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4 follows in the wake of THPS 1 + 2, delivering another duo of reverent remakes brimming with secrets, skateparks, and new things. Soundtrack shortcomings aside, this is cracking stuff.

    Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3+4 is a playable homage to two of the most beloved titles in virtual skateboarding. Its gameplay remains a work of arcade engineering, its visuals are solid and its content is plentiful. However, the structural changes in Career mode, especially in THPS 4, and the incomplete soundtrack, make the result not as rounded as its predecessor. Even so, it is an essential game for any lover of the saga or the genre.

    Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3+4 is another outstanding package of classic games that reignites my love for the series. I wonder if THUG will even be in consideration, and honestly, I don’t have nearly as much nostalgia for those games, I kind of fell off at that point. I still played them all, but my memories are from those first four games. I would love it if this sparked the return of the series for a new game, as I feel like the remakes have run their course.

    Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3+4 is another great entry in the series that's bound to prove popular on Xbox Game Pass and beyond. Developer Iron Galaxy has done an excellent job bringing these legendary maps into the modern era, and the gameplay feels just as good as it did in THPS 1+2. The structural changes to the fourth game along with the significantly altered soundtrack may irk some people, but there's still a ton of fun to be had overall - and now we're just hoping Tony Hawk's Underground 1+2 becomes a reality.

    Even if the issues are never patched, THPS 3+4 is still a fantastic game. If you’ve enjoyed playing Tony Hawk games in the past, then you should check this thing out ASAP. While the changes to THPS 4’s levels might disappoint some, the new music and levels are rad, and the skating feels as perfect as ever. If that gaming room in heaven exists, it better have a copy of Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3+4.
