    I can safely say that Sifu on Xbox has been well worth the wait. The martial arts action is absolutely great, with some seriously brutal action to enjoy. The combat is hard, extremely so, and the bosses are on a whole new level, but the feeling you get when you master the fighting is nothing short of amazing.

    Sifu is a completely satisfying fighting game. Its mechanics and levels are perfect, being a short experience but highly recommended.

    SIFU is a tough and unforgiving experience, but it's also capable of being highly rewarding. It highlights the authors' love for action movies such as John Wick or The Matrix, thanks also to several references found in the new Arena mode, which further extends an already excellent longevity. If you feel like putting yourself to the test and do not fear a rather high level of challenge, it's definitely recommended.

    If you can find a way to break through the difficulty barrier, there’s a fantastic brawler on offer here that I definitely think is the template going forward to bring the 2D scrolling beat ’em ups into the 3D world. Where previous efforts like Die Hard Arcade didn’t quite stick the landing, SIFU definitely takes home the gold.

    Sifu is possibly the best beat ‘em up we’ve played in a long time. It’s a refreshing take on the genre, and in the words of Cobra Kai’s Johnny Lawrence, it will make you feel like a “badass” when the fight is going your way. At the same time, it can be quite ruthless. Either way, you’ll probably be thinking about your next run when you aren't even playing it, which is a sign of just how great it is.

    Sifu is a Beat'em up that is almost like a UFO in the genre. It regularly forces the player to analyse his own strengths and weaknesses and offers the keys necessary for one to better oneself, simultaneously as the hero one embodies. Seeing how challenging it is, everything is a matter of calm, understanding and outshining oneself. The story, which at first seems anecdotal, finally promises us a replayability offering a little more depth to the theme of blind revenge that Sloclap wanted to address. All good stuff!
