    Overall, a nice roguelike game for both single player and multiplayer experiences. It has some rough edges and does not shine under any specific aspect, yet it competent gameplay and lenghty adventure could keep you entertained for a long time.

    Shoulders of Giants is something of a grind, both in terms of gameplay and structure. Still, at its core there is fun to be had and hopefully potential to evolve in the near future.

    Shoulders of Giants is a futuristic rogue-lite that'll test your ability. Can you wipe out every foe and save the day? Complete each mission, gather the HEAT, and collect every artefact you encounter. Sadly, its potential fails to flourish as repetitive gameplay and arduous combat hold it back.

Repetitive Gameplay aspect countered by procedural generation. Playing solo. I don't play online generally so I can't review that aspect. Decently difficulty solo. Would recommend. Cute interesting simple game. Question: is it too simple for you? Not for me but I can understand scores lower than mine. Nobody rightfully should be rating this as less than a 7 out of 10 unless it's an opinion piece writer rather than an objective reviewer who didn't like the game and can't keep their opinion to themself.… Full Review »
