    I never had hope for this game to begin with, Main because besides the first Dishonored game, everything else Arkham studios has done I have been disapointed with. But to call this Game disapointing would be an understatement. REDFALL IS BAD, to put in simple terms.

    Graphically this game wouldn't look terrible, if the textures didn't pop in and out and didn't look muddy 24/7.     The games story, doesn't seem terrible but becomes very tiresome very fast. The boss fights are terribly boring.
    And the enemy AI is non exsistent
    The worst part is you can see the foundation of what looks to be a pretty cool/decent game. But for Redfall to have been Decent they would have probably needed another year delay, Redfall is just another example of Publishers/stockholders forcing developers to do too much, and release too early,.    … Expand

    A shooter based around killing bloodsucking vampires made by Arkane should have been one of the best games Bethesda has to offer and yet, it seems we've received the exact opposite. An unfinished, unoptimised, soulles piece of digital garbage for the cost of 75$. By far the most disappointing release of the year.

    I hope one day, this game gets better, but right now I'm giving it 1/10, and maybe I will return someday to check if it's getting better. Sure, it works, but it's not fun at all, and all those broken promises and poor state that game shipped in is just is not acceptable. I think there is still hope for this game, it has potential, so let's wait and see...

    As a long time owner of an xbox since 2001 this has to be the worse game i have ever played in my entire life! Me and the wife no joke started this game the day it released and after that played it up to the 2nd map area of the game and called it quits there for months! We started the game in may 2023 and then didnt start playing the game again until the month of september 2023. Only reason we keep coming back to it after awhile is just so we can complete the main story other than that we have no reason to even attempt to perfect this game (100% the achievements list) I rather not do that what so ever!     Un juego que tiene un sistema interesante el cual se ve opacado por sus errores de programación y mala optimización gráfica. Es necesario corregir muchos errores y terminar de programar el juego para jugarlo en un mejor momento. Por el momento no lo recomiendo

    Waited a while try this game out as a lot of the eary reviews were pretty negative, so I decided to let the tides calm a bit before trying the game out. It’s a bad game but nowhere near as bad as I was expecting it to be… it does feel a bit rushed and unfortunately suffers from a lot of bugs. With it being a AAA title it feels a lot like a home brewed indie game.     Xbox lied to us about the 60fps, there's no patch in sight, Starfield is coming out and it's still not released. Yet, Xbox wants to push 4 games a year? In this state?!
    Just release the game when it's ready.

    La acumulación de deficiencias técnicas y de diseño empaña la experiencia de juego en Redfall. Los numerosos errores, la escasa diversión, la optimización insatisfactoria y el diseño frustrante convergen para desafiar la recomendación de participar en esta experiencia.     I made to the end of escaping the ferry at the start, and deleted it.

    Flat voice acting, lackluster graphics, terrible controls that felt like piloting a school bus on ice. Aiming was terrible, moving was a chore, combat was unbelievably poor.

    My advice? Download something else. Don't waste your time with this ill thought out mess.    … Expand

    I was really interested in this game when it was first announced, a vampire hunter with cool powers. But the story is boring and the scenes are just pictures with voice. Locking it at 30fps definitely didn’t help the graphic

The only good thing about the game is when you start you see the big wall of ocean.. thought that was neat. I love vampire games and it sucks they dropped the ball so hard with this.     It was free on game pass so I tried to play it and do mean tried. Devs have claimed that Microsoft forced them to take it from a single player game to co-op which takes away from XBOX CEO claims that they took a hands of approach. Regardless of who is to blame or to be believed the game is a steaming pile of Xbox crap i hope upcoming games can help lift the name brand up .

    -tasteless story
    -Broken at times
    -Mindless AI.
    -generic looting exploration.

Los modelados están sin acabar, se demoran en cargar las texturas. Los NPCs parecen de plastico, las misiones secundarias no tienen proposito.     This is not the worst game I've ever played, but it's still bad. The graphics feel one or two generations old. There is very little plot. The layout of the town incentivizes fast travel instead of exploration. The characters are imbalanced and their backstories aren't filled out. Playing it on Gamepass wasn't bad, but I can't imagine paying for it.

    The fact xbox decided this game was nearly playable, ready for release and that would satisfy anyone just shows how they dont care about us gamers. The devs BEGED for this game being rebooted or even canceld, yet xbox throw us this incomplete, awful looking piece of media. Xbox need to spend money, time and propper care with their exclusives.     Lo instalé del gamepass sin prejuicios y lo jugué un par de días pero lo desinstalé en unas horas.

You just fight safe house to safe house or retrieval missions, even in the story.

    The characters are lackluster which isn't helped by the lack of cutscenes. Rather, like the still images we get in the story, the characters are just copy and pasted stereotypes who, again, have much more potentially to be unique. Playsble characters don't feel much different from one another and their abilities are half- baked.

    I have heard that co-op is better, but lacks a reasonable progression system, however I've not played it.

    I can't justify keeping it on my console despite really hoping that a few patches or DLC can bring it back to life. This has been compared to Cyberpunk at its first released which, I didn't play at first, but when I did, I found it to be an incredible game. Here's hoping Redfall follows suit.

    It's not unplayable, but there are so many ideas and mechanics that needed some more time and thought put into them. The world is nice and fr didn't bother me, so no complaints there.    … Expand

    This game feels like a B game masquerading as a AAA game... very disappointing
    The game has potential if they fix the following:
    - the enemy AI - they feel like NPCs just waiting to be shot, even on the highest difficulty
    - better graphics... this doesn't feel like a current gen game its more like this game was made for the 360 era... crysis looks better.

    El juego estaba vendiendo mucho humo en especial Microsoft, ademas del estudio que dirigió este proyecto. Sumado a que se cancelo la versión de ps5 para mejorar el juego en xbox se ve un juego a medias , poco profundo en su mundo y jugabilidad en comparación a titulos de la misma desarrolladora .     What a mess of a game. From the story, and the glitches, to the horrible AI enemies. The entire game should have been nuked from orbit and started from the ground up. Even if patches could be added later to fix the performance problems, the story and gameplay are not worth your time and energy. There are other games that do what Redfall tried to do better in every way.

    The result is a game with no identity of its own. Redfall simultaneously wants to be a looter shooter like Borderlands, in an open world like Fallout's, with action like Dying light and a lengthy multiplayer experience like Destiny. But it fails on all counts. The game environments are bleakly empty, the gameplay is wooden. Like the vampires from the world of Redfall, the game has no soul.

    Sadly, Redfall had unbelievable potential and a dynamic studio behind this that is known for quality gaming, but under delivered at quite literally almost every facet of the game. Redfall, unfortunately, should be avoided, and in fact, I hope that the industry starts taking a look at these games and starts evaluating its processes, because if you're only as good as your last game, then Arkane isn't looking good at all.
