    This game is amazing. The levels are out of this world. Every one of them is so unique and beautiful in their own way. The graphics are gorgeous, and the mechanics are great too! This game is a gem and everyone should give it a shot!

    Fluid gameplay, great characters, captivating story and a phenomenal artistic style, I'm already 7 hours of gameplay and it looks like I'm not even halfway through, just a masterpiece

    This game is amazing, a perfect sequel to the first Psychonauts, if you're a fan of the first game I guarantee you'll love this one too and even if you haven't played the first game they give you a quick run through of what happened so its perfectly fine if this is you're first time playing Psychonauts

    At first, I really did not like this game;    I've had the most fun with this game than I have with any other game this year, the atmosphere alone makes this game a very memorable experience. If you have Gamepass, it's a no-brainer to install this and give it a try, and if not, I would recommend buying ONLY if you are a fan of 3D platformers, this game is definitely not for everyone.

    At first, I really did not like this game; unfortunately it has a very slow start and I found myself nearly deleting it after the first 2 or so hours, but once it picks up it becomes incredibly addictive and does not seem to lose steam after that. The game mechanics are simple yet fun - you control a wheel of abilities to utilize in any situation - the game is predominantly combat, puzzles, and platforming - all of which force you to use your abilities in smart ways. The mechanics are nothing special, but they work well. Also, if you're playing on Series X, the game itself looks amazing.

    Each stage tackles delving into someone's mind and trying to "rewire" it to fix them as you battle their mental struggles such as feelings of judgement, risk, panic, and more. These stages are where the game shines most - the fast-paced gameplay gets addicting really quickly. Every stage feels unique in its own way and they always bring something new to the table. The game feels like a kids game in a lot of parts, but it doesn't shy away from difficult sections as well as delving into mature topics once in a while. Unfortunately, in my opinion the game suffers from the slowness of cutscenes and a sense that a story is being 'forced' - the beginning of the game is a lot of cutscenes and story-building, which is exactly why I was so turned off to begin with; my main criticism would be that this game should try to speed certain story sections up when it begins to drag.

    All in all, this game is very solid and I'm disappointed to see it being review-bombed. It's gems like these that make me happy to keep my Gamepass subscription.

    Again, if you have Gamepass, it's a definite download - if not, know what you're getting into before buying it since this game certainly won't be for everyone.    … Expand

    O jogo é uma grata surpresa vindo de um studio pequeno, mas contanto com uma divertida jogabilidade, mapas lindos e muito detalhados e uma história incrível.     Psychonauts 2 is one of the best games I've ever played, the art direction is beautiful the level design is very interesting the voice acting is top notch, the game is screaming with personality and the story is very engaging and memorable.

The gameplay is simplistic, but this does not detract from any of the positive aspects of this game. In fact it keeps the pacing perfect as you’re constantly introduced to new and inventive situations back to back. No idea is lingered on for longer than it needs to be.     I have already completely played the game for all 1000Gs, and I will say that if the first Psychonauts are Terminator 1, then Psychonauts 2 is Terminator 2, so this game came out cool. I sincerely want to thank Tim Schaefer and the entire Double Fine Team, this is truly their best game, and I also thank the entire XBOX team with Phil Spencer for supporting financially such a niche project. Thank you very much from the bottom of my heart !!! Now I am waiting for the second part of Brutal Legend, I hope the Xbox Team and Double Fine will hear their loyal fans.

I myself am from Russia and I want to apologize for those people who underestimate this great game due to the lack of the Russian language, please forgive us, not all players from Russia are so aggressive, and there are people here who really love Double Fine games and grew up on them    … Expand

    This is the most creative and fun platformer I’ve played in a vary long time. Every single level is beautifully crafted and completely insane. I’ve enjoyed every bit of it and truly hope we don’t have to wait another 16 years to see a sequel. Great job Doublefine, obsolete masterpiece of a game you’ve made.

    wow just wow its been many years in the making and was not sure if the game would live up to its long development time but I am happy to say yes it a fun quirky game that deals with real-life metal issues and does it in a fun way that helps people understand them can what to see what Tim and the team can do now with a larger budget must play

    Game is SO fun! It has a lot of stuff to explore, interesting characters and locations, plot is intriguing. Almost no bugs, I got stuck in betweeen textures like once, and collecable's menu brokes sometimes, but nothing critical. It is THE sequel, exactly like it should've been, I'am a fan of the first game and I had a blast playing the sequel

    Just ended the game, and I am incredibly happy for double fine, they have pull out an incredible, funny and unique game. This only makes me want a third part of the adventure and replay the first one. The music was mostly normal, except for Jack Black song, it is definitely one of my favorite song today.

    Muy entretenido, a pesar de que no le tenía confianza porque lo veía muy meh, lo estoy disfrutando, habia perdido la fé en los plataformas y pensé que Ratched y Clank me devolvería a mi infancia con los juegos plataformas noventeros, y quien lo hubiera pensado, termino siendo Psychonauts 2 el que me regresaría a aquellas épocas de los 32 bits

    Acabei de platinar o jogo e posso afirmar que esse jogo é simplesmente incrível. A história é épica, a gameplay é bem superior ao jogo anterior e a qualidade dos mapas é consistente ,diferente do psychonauts 1 que tem mapas FODAS e mapas horrorosos. O estilo gráfico é interessante e bonito.

    Es muy divertido, me hace sentir como cuando era un niño jugando videos juegos. Sientes que hay un montón de cosas por hacer pero sin sentirte abrumado. Además la historia hace que le cojas cariño a Raz. Lo jugué en Gamepass pero estoy pensando en comprarlo, se lo merece.

O jogo é simplesmente fantástico, emocionalmente e reflexivo, e o maia legal é que é tudo isso ao mesmo tempo. Os cenários são lindos e diversos, parece que estamos num sonho tão bom que não queremos acordar. É o melhor jogo que joguei esse ano. Espero que o pessoal da Double Fine ganhe oNunca fui fã de jogos em plataforma 3D, mas confesso que Psychonauts me fez mudar de ideia.     the day is august 25th it's a fresh crisp morning, in my humble family home.... i woke up turned on my xbox and went to psychonauts.... watched the opening sequence was great really great then suddenly i fainted and woke in the hospital, turns out it was hypoglycemia i have been playing this game for three days straight and forgot to eat

    Playing on both PC and XSX. The game is graphically unique and interesting. Runs smooth as silk on the Series X. I’ve encountered no bugs or issues. The story is intriguing and the gameplay is engaging. Psychonauts 2 is what a 3D platform is supposed to be.

    Excelente sin palabras. el estilo de arte de Tim Burton en este juego es hermoso, tocar temas que otros videojuegos a día de hoy no se atreven a tocar como lo es la sicología es simplemente de aplaudir, se agradece mucho este tipo de desiciones narrativas sobre todo en un juego de plataforma, sin duda MI CANDIDATO A GOTY 2021 muy recomendable!!

    Es realmente un excelente juego, cada uno de los mundos son extremadamente originales, el gameplay es algo fácil, pero los acertijos y la gran variedad de tipos de juegos, aunado al gran humor y la gran inteligencia con la que toca temas complicados, hacen que te diviertas a montones.

    Playing on Series S. This game is a lot of fun, humorous, touching, emotionally deep. The art style is fitting for the nature of the game and very charming. Controls are very responsive and there are quite a few secrets to discover by exploring. Fantastic game!

    I can honestly say the wait was worth it. The story is engaging and the characters are memorable. I am glad that Double Fine stuck to their roots and didn't try to create a game that is like every other title. The title is quirky, clever and plays to its strengths. I recommend the title to new players as well as if you played the original. Definitely a game of the year contender.

    Jogo excelente, não gosto muito de jogos de plataformas hoje em dia, mas esse consegue me prender de uma forma que não dá vontade nem de parar de jogar. Essa guerra de console é muito boba, é só as pessoas jogarem na plataforma que preferir, o importante é se divertir.

    Un excelente videojuego, con gráficos muy bonitos y físicas excelentes, está es la mejor versión que puede haber, a 4k y 60 cuadros por segundo, tiempos de carga rapidísimos, y el juego simplemente espectacular!!!

    Psychonauts 2 managed to restore my faith in the genre of 3D platformers. This is a creative volcano spewing ideas left and right - it can make you laugh, it can make you cry, it can make you think. And it will definitely make you have fun.

    Psychonauts 1 is the perfect example of the term cult classic, and Psychonauts 2 has created another masterpiece that I am only assuming won’t receive the attention it deserves. They have perfected and expanded on their original idea in every way and created a world full of heart and fun. It’s been well documented that the last few years it took to bake were used to expand the boss battles, and finely polish the areas that were complete. It’s clear that the added funds from being a Microsoft studio were put to good use and the team at Double Fine should be very proud of what they have created. I cannot wait to see what they create next.
