    Only took 6 years for Blizzard to ruin a good game. Frame issues on Xbox series X, Elite 2 controller keeps crashing while playing. Game is now a shooter and not a team game. Whish OW 1 was still playable.

    I'm not going to talk about the appauling server issues or even the extortionate monetisation. The actual game itself is terrible. Over the past 6 years i've played OW1 more than any other and with this they have taken everything that made the first one good and stripped it.

Some firefights last literally seconds. Honestly i dont know wtf blizzard were thinking but the only positive thing i can say is that the graphics are nice.

    I would have rather they just continued updating overwatch 1 instead of this **** 3 years of content we lost ao they could focus on this. This game is a slapin the face and the worst thing about it is that i cant even play OW1 anymore because this soulless abomination killed it and has possessed its corpse.

    Not even worth a play, you're better off playing Paladins as its better than this crap.    … Expand

If they spent half as much time trying to make sure the game worked and was actually a sequel instead of a glorified map pack with more LGBT garbage focused on cartoon character sexualities maybe this game wouldn’t be a complete pile of trash. God this company is nothing what it used to be. The staff should be ashamed to work there.

    Overwatch 2 is the most mediocre "sequel" I've ever seen. Almost all of the content is identical to Overwatch 1, there are no visual improvements despite launching 6 years later on a new generation of consoles, and changes, in general, are minimal.

    Not to mention it has a horrible launch that requires a specific phone plan even if you bought the original (now shut down) Overwatch, and    Overwatch 2 is the most mediocre "sequel" I've ever seen. Almost all of the content is identical to Overwatch 1, there are no visual improvements despite launching 6 years later on a new generation of consoles, and changes, in general, are minimal.

    Not to mention it has a horrible launch that requires a specific phone plan even if you bought the original (now shut down) Overwatch, and even if you do have the "correct" phone service, it's nearly impossible to play right now because of the servers.

    At the end of the day, it's not a bad game, but it's a very, very bad sequel.    … Expand

    Pour un jeu important pour les fans de jeux multi compétitifs il était attendu.
    Ben la déception est terrible tellement les mauvais choix s'accumulent.
    On a d'abord le cross play obligatoire avec les joueurs PC tout en privant les joueurs consoles de la visée assistée dit aim assist.     Why isnt my OW1 account syncing with OW2?? As if I didnt regret enough buying OW1! I cant play with my main hero coz of this issue. And the matchmaking! Oh the horror! Playing this game is a sin.

    Ok, I did played the game after it suffered quite a DDoS attack and it is pretty fun in general...but the server queue wait time really damages it. So here's a 4 for the lack of competent Server usage.

If you want a single character or skin be prepared to pay $20 minimum. To top it all off, the graphics are worse, 5 players instead of 6 leads to shorter and less fun matches.     Not so much a sequel but a stripped back version of Overwatch 1
    I am unable to play the game i paid for (Overwatch 1) due to being replaced by this free to play micro transaction riddled mess. Disgraceful behaviour by Blizzard.

    (XB Series S) Input lagg in menu on resolution (default) mode. Blurry and bad antialising in game on resolution and FPS mode, on such an old game of 2016. Same gameplay since 2016. Does not deserve number 2 in the title. Battlepass content does not motivate to play.

    A downgrade to a 7 year old game.

    NOBODY likes battle passes, they're worse than loot boxes (and nobody liked loot boxes). 5 player games are worse than 6 player games. Tanks are crazy OP. Healers have the worst job possible, constantly needing to avoid flanking DPS, and have zero backup. Feels like there were zero improvements to Overwatch 1, and somehow they're calling this a sequel.

    It's all behind a paywall and unlike Fortnite and so on, you can't get any currency for free at all. The gameplay is now very hectic and no longer tactical. You can no longer see your own level on the portrait and you don't know how good or experienced the others are because you can no longer see the level.     At the end of the round there are no longer the four cards where you could see who was the best in which category.

    Not knowing who you're playing with or who did what makes every win feel worthless.

    The battle pass is very grinding based which prevents you from playing other games so I won't buy a battle pass because I don't want to pay anything and I don't want to spend all my time in overwatch.
    Overwatch 1 had a much better concept although it had loot boxes that sounds weird but that's how it is.

    Also, the game has so many bugs right now that I think I'm playing a pre-alpha version.    … Expand

    Llevo 3 días intentando jugar y no hay manera, cola excesiva servidores caidos y crasheos a la que logras entrar.
    Unas semanas mas tarde ya he conseguido jugar con normalidad y el juego no es gran cosa , me ha aburrido en pocos días la verdad.

    This maybe the worst game I have ever played, the over-the-top monetization, the bad team-mates, removal of 6v6, toddler tanks that don't have one singular brain cell in their tiny head, terrible support team-mates, sojourn being the most overpowered dps killing anything with a railgun. Do not play this.

    It's just first overwatch, but with horrible bugs. Dropping me out after every achievement, or without any particular reason. And it's just a game. To login you need to dance around the fire to summon Bobby *ucking Kotik, 'couse none of their mobile apps (which u need to login ) is not *ucking working

    A good game marred by terrible players. This is incredibly frustrating to play. In my experience, I'm constantly matched with terrible players. I'm not good at the game by any means, I play support because my aiming is terrible but I like to think I do a good job at keeping smarter players alive. Unfortunately, that's rarely the case.

    Tanks do not protect their team and DPS constantly run    A good game marred by terrible players. This is incredibly frustrating to play. In my experience, I'm constantly matched with terrible players. I'm not good at the game by any means, I play support because my aiming is terrible but I like to think I do a good job at keeping smarter players alive. Unfortunately, that's rarely the case.

    Tanks do not protect their team and DPS constantly run far away and die, then blame supports for not going down with them. Nobody ever switches their character until the final few seconds before losing either. I don't understand why, if you're bad at a character or it's just not working, why you'd continue to play that character in a ranked match. It truly makes me want to scratch my eyes out.

    Do not play this game. It is pretty good but you won't have a good experience here. Maybe play with your friends but some of my friends are worse than playing with randoms so be picky if want a good time    … Expand

    Some loopholes allowed this scam to exist. Overwatch 2 is just an update of overwatch 1 sold with the fake promises of a PvE that never existed. Why? To subdue the PR nightmare that the company responsible for this atrocity was subjected due to their lack of touch, political controversies and inside sexual harassment.

    It's clear that Blizzard has no idea what they're doing. They scrapped the whole reason they said why they were replacing Overwatch with Overwatch 2. The characters are terribly imbalanced and the monetization is terrible. Overwatch 2 is a huge waste of time.

    Overall should you play Overwatch 2? The answer is a resounding yes considering that the game is free. While it isn’t something that I would necessarily play for long hours into the night, it’s definitely a game that’s up my alley and it gives me something else to play with friends, which is always my number one favorite aspect in any game that I play. At the end of the day if you don’t like it, you can always uninstall it and move on to something else with no regrets whatsoever.

    Overwatch 2 is a sequel like no other. Built up from a game with a really solid foundation, it couldn't really go wrong. With such amazing attention to detail in upgrading every aspect of the game, it was definitely worth the wait. Its new free-to-play model and Battle Pass system, however, make me worry about the FPS' future, as the execution of this is questionable in certain areas.
