Bug, bug, bug, bug one more bug.
Only bug, Unable to finish the game... But how do you go about marketing such a thing, they have to be ashamed.

I guess this was an iconic puzzle game 25 years ago, but it's quite tame by today's standards. The 2021 version for the Xbox is also very clunky, and a bit buggy. It's very apparent that the controls were made for a mouse and keyboard, and inputting dates and clicking buttons to form a pattern on an 8x8 grid using a controller was like pulling teeth.

There's just nothing to recommend here.

We tried this restored version of Myst on Xbox Series S and enjoyed it very much. To see the work of Cyan always has a certain effect, as well as trying to solve the proposed puzzles. For those who had already played the original almost thirty years ago, a tour around the island is always recommended. For those who had already relived the magic of Myst through VR or some other re-release (realMyst, for example) it is a little less so, especially if you don't have an Xbox Game Pass subscription. For those, however, who had never heard of this adventure, this is a unique opportunity to recover one of the pieces of videogame history.

Myst Remake is technically the best form of the classic that you can have today, but its contents are still the same as the 1993 version. It can be a little archaic to play for today's standards, but is still a fascinating experience.
