    The game in general it's not interesting, if you are not used to play this kind of games, will be hard for you get fun, I don't like the fights system it's very simple and in some cases slow, there are so many things that you end up drowning, the tutorial it's so boring, it's just text, I'd talk about the graphics but in my terms in a game this topic don't care, just so so

    The production values are off the charts, and I appreciate that. However, that doesn't make up for the game's incredibly tedious presentation. It's Monster *Hunter*, guys. Not Monster *Talker*. Less dialog and more hunting, please.

    This is a pretty great game, but the first hours are terrible. A bunch of text thrown at you and you end up not knowing how to do anything. It's only after a couple hours this game becomes very good. Currently 30hrs in and im addicted.
    Just give it some time and youll be rewarded

    I don't think people understand how to play this game, is not god of war, if you think that you can kill a monster in 2 min you are just playing the wrong game. A major upgrade from MHW. A really fun, enjoyable and epic game, The changes to all the mobility are just amazing. A port from switch, but a very good one.

    Monster Hunter Rise, trás de volta o estilo de jogo que ele era no PSP, para jogadores que só jogaram as versões atuais podem achar ruim, mas o jogo em si é muito bom e viciante, sem nem perceber você já perdeu 10, 20 ou 40 horas no jogo. Combate é meio difícil no inicio por ser meio lento, modos offline e online são muito bons, história boa, grande variedade de armas, habilidades eMonster Hunter Rise, trás de volta o estilo de jogo que ele era no PSP, para jogadores que só jogaram as versões atuais podem achar ruim, mas o jogo em si é muito bom e viciante, sem nem perceber você já perdeu 10, 20 ou 40 horas no jogo. Combate é meio difícil no inicio por ser meio lento, modos offline e online são muito bons, história boa, grande variedade de armas, habilidades e armaduras, este é um bom jogo para passar o tempo com os amigos.… Expand

    Un Mosnter Hunter mas accesible para todos y con graficos actualizados a nueva gen.
    Misiones de aldea para jugar solo y misiones para hacer en grupo y subir rango de cazador.
    Atribuyo las malas notas que veo a gente que no ha superado la chapa que te dan al principio con los tutoriales pero una vez superadas ese par de horas el juego va fluido y es todo acción. Si te gusta el genero se    Un Mosnter Hunter mas accesible para todos y con graficos actualizados a nueva gen.

    I played throughout the campaign, with a friend. My initial thoughts were, "how is this different from my switch version?" Then it hit me, XBOX Game pass. I utilized my subscription and played this on both the optimized Xbox download and the cloud version. I had no disappointments. Combat stayed fluid and while I would ask for more graphical upgrades with the Xbox vs switch, it stillI played throughout the campaign, with a friend. My initial thoughts were, "how is this different from my switch version?" Then it hit me, XBOX Game pass. Combat stayed fluid and while I would ask for more graphical upgrades with the Xbox vs switch, it still captured everything I wanted in this Monster Hunter fore. Highly recommend if you have Game pass to try it out and if you enjoyed world, you will love the better movement mechanics and combat here.… Expand

    ya habiendo jugado como 40 horas, el juego y su sistema me gusta, su historia y progreso, no me gusto es su sistema online, es muy poco intuitivo y poco funcional, el resto en el juego esta perfecto, aunque un poco complicado ya que no explica mucho para los nuevos jugadores.

The mechanics of the game are very good, the big animals are very realistic, they run away, parts of their bodies break, but if you are an RPG player you will find the mechanics strange, but soon you get the hang of it. At the beginning the game is a bit boring with a lot of dialogues, but it gets more and more addictive and besides that the game has several weapons for your usual type.… Expand

    Tremendo juegazo digno de la serie y repleto de misiones para farmear todo el día y luchar contra monstruos muy poderosos las misiones online están desafiantes en la Xbox series S corre a 60fps sin caídas

    Un excelente juego si pasas esa barrera que es lo abrumador que son las primeras horas con tantas mecánicas, texto, accesorios, etc.
    Capcom debe hallar la forma de hacer la curva de aprendizaje mas amigable.

    A decent enough game in a long line of decent enough releases.

    To start with the good, the best way to do so is to compare it to its prequel, World. The cutscenes can be skipped this time around. The (only) town is much easier to navigate than any of MHWorld's. The maps are fantastic, still multi-layered but not confusing or overly lengthy. The switch skills, the good ones at least,    A decent enough game in a long line of decent enough releases.

    To start with the good, the best way to do so is to compare it to its prequel, World.

    The cutscenes can be skipped this time around. The (only) town is much easier to navigate than any of MHWorld's. The maps are fantastic, still multi-layered but not confusing or overly lengthy. The switch skills, the good ones at least, are a great addition to spice up gameplay. Moving around the map with a wirebug adds a new and fun method of traversal. The NPCs actually have been named this time around! Fewer cutscenes in general. Finally, a much more manageable armor box.

    Now for the ugly.

    For starters, a month and a half after release it's still unfinished. The story is still stuck on a cliffhanger, a first tor the Monster Hunter series.

    Several sound issues, including Anjanath being almost entirely silent and Diablos' roar seemingly being broken.

    Many weapons have been made nearly useless either through flat-out nerfs or the switch skills replacing their singular use. A few to mention are hammer no longer being necessary to stun monsters. CB, SA, and GL are all being nerfed in some way, limiting their abilities due to switch skills essentially replacing what they could originally do.

    Rapid-fire LBG was screwed up again. Zinogre HR LBG can rapid-fire slicing shots and do damage to such an extent that it completely stun locks the monster and does a tremendous amount of damage(30 per hit x 3 hits x 3 shots for a total of 270 damage every second or more). Other LBGs simply can't rapid fire as well.

    The last notable issue, currently bow damage calculation is broken and it does far more damage than it actually should.    … Expand

    Monster Hunter Rise looks spectacular on Xbox and it shows that despite being a port, its improvements are significant in terms of textures, frames and resolution. It’s great to have a port that has what it takes to deviate slightly from its original release on Nintendo Switch.

    I seriously surprised myself at how much I love Monster Hunter Rise. With a campaign that doesn’t last long, just enough to train players up and then being the real game. The endgame is where it’s at and going after those high-level monsters is such a delight with or without friends playing. Even after all the time I have invested I have yet to see all of the monsters and I can’t wait to continue to discover more and the upcoming Sunbreak expansion coming summer 2023. Yep, seems there has never been a better time for Monster Hunter fans new and old and I am happy to now count myself among them.

    In short, Rise is a great iteration on the classic Monster Hunter formula, making things more approachable and getting rid of some of the series’ less desirable elements. They may have made sense in the past, but the removal of much busywork is a net positive in my eyes. It’s a shame that Capcom didn’t include the massive Sunbreak expansion with this release given that it’s already out on Switch and PC, but it’s not like this package is lacking in content or value. For hunters of any experience level, Rise is a great entry in a storied series.
