May 27, 2026Luna Abyss is one of those games that manages to exceed expectations thanks to a very solid execution of all its ideas. Blending elements of Doom and Returnal while maintaining its own distinct identity, it crafts a coherent, varied, and tremendously entertaining adventure. The setting of the Abyss is extraordinary. The gameplay progression is carefully designed. The blend of combat, exploration, and platforming flows naturally. A remarkable sci-fi adventure that demonstrates how a solid artistic vision can be far more important than a massive budget.
