Not my life is strange infact life is not strange in this game. The idea of true colours is so **** you don’t need a superpower to know other people emotion’s even the story and characters are bad too. If you like the first life is strange please don’t play this garbage.

Ужасно скучно и нудно. Всю игры ты просто вяло ходишь, рассматриваешь предметы и разговариваешь

This is what passes as a game nowadays? For real?! I seriously don't understand where all this praise comes from. Literally the only thing you do in this game is watch people talk to each other! If I wanted to see that I would watch a movie, not sit and witness these akward uncanny valley characters speak with their disjointed robotic dialogue... The game also runs terrible... The game runs with unstable 30fps on PS5/Xbox series and need patch. It's unnacaptable.

A game like Life is Strange: True Colors should be running at a solid locked 60 fps at max PC settings on Series X. If it's not possible to achieve this lock with Ray Tracing, then a non-RT option should made available at a 60 fps. Unfortuantely, the Series X version is locked to 30 fps, which is absolutely bizarre, and it can't even hold that in open areas.

The developer claims a 30 fps lock was intentional for a "cinematic experience", but I call BS on this. The PC version runs at 60 fps or higher with less powerful hardware. One person was getting up to 100fps with a GTX 1080 Ti, which is inferior compared to what the Series X is running. If the "Cinematic experience" was so integral to the aesthetics of the gameplay, then why wasn't the PC locked to 30 fps as well?

Frankly, this is just a terribly optimized game and there's no valid reason why this shouldn't run at 60 fps at high graphical fidelity when all but a handful of Series S|X games are hitting 1440p or 2160p at 60 fps since the console's launch.

Nobody should buy Life is Strange: True Colors on Series X until the developer fixes this. When you pay full price for a game, you expect it to run well and this game doesn't, regardless of its narrative or gameplay qualities. It's inexcusable.

2 for art design and visuals. Everything else is terrible. Finished chapter 1 and I don’t I know if I continue playing. So, there is no game, the whole process is so slow. And so boring. Nothing is interesting, characters, emotions, notes and items you can look at. Situations and plot are also too flat. After few hours of playing you don’t really empathize the main character. 0 motivation2 for art design and visuals. Everything else is terrible. Another fake press reviews, and only user review and rare blogger or unpopular press you can trust. I would never buy it because of user scores and reviews I trust. But when it was added to game pass I gave it a chance, because o liked two original games (1 and before the storm) so much. But no, this time it was not a good game hated by people for something. Just a bad game “beloved” by press for no reason. Or for some rustling reason. Expand

A point and click adventure game written by pretentious hipsters. When characters aren't whining about their feelings or making emotional outbursts, they talk about their obscure tastes in music or love of comic-books to show you how unaffected and non-mainstream they are. If your idea of fun is hearing emo characters whine about their tragic pasts and failed relationships and watching lukewarm family drama, you'll love this. I have a hard time articulating why Detroit: Become Human is engaging and provokes genuine emotions while LiS games do not. It's not like David Cage is subtle, but there's something authentic about his games that the LiS series with its soap-opera theatrics fails to generate.

This is the most mawkish phony LiS game yet, but still not as bad as Life is Strange 2.

I actually liked the previous games. A little bit too emo for my tastes but still enjoyable and a really fun concept for exploring the story. In this one, the concept, your power, its not fun at all. And the emo zoomer sensibilities are cranked up to 11. The mystery is not compelling and I could not stand the main character, or any of the characters really. I gave up on it pretty early asI actually liked the previous games. I gave up on it pretty early as it was unbearably sappy and boring. I played the previous titles all the way through and enjoyed, so to get me to quit so early on this installment is quite a feat. One of the worst video game experiences of all time for me, its like being trapped in a floral painted elevator with elevator music on loop until you succumb to death by boredom Expand

The game performed well on my Series X, the artwork, music and voice acting is of the usual high calibre and fans of the universe will find this entry as enjoyable to play as any of the others that have gone before it.

True Colors is everything a game in its genre should be: A well written story, with lovable characters, in a small town made from Hallmarks wet dreams. The perfect pace of the story and the social issues are just the icing on the cake.

Life is Strange: True Colors confirms the excellent skills of Deck Nine, giving us an interesting title with very nice characters, an interesting plot and powers that dig into human emotions. It' s not a masterpiece and it doesn't reach the standards of the first LiS, but it's still a great title for those who love the series and who appreciate narrative adventures.
