Lego 2K Drive is a fun Arcade Racer with an excellent in-game Lego building experience.

Isn't the game made for kids? And might this be the reason, why we can not share our own awesome Lego creations with other players?

Lego 2k Drive has an amazingly crafted atmosphere with interesting quests, races, rivals and more. The time limits are either simple and easy or incredibly difficult but they make you want to come back when you have better vehicles to try them again. Might just be my game of 2023!

Looked like a cool idea until you actually play it. I was sold on the building mechanic - until I tried it. Fidegty controls with the piece you're trying to place jittering between three different connection points makes building more of a chore and frustration than any fun. Side quests range from boring to frustrating. Definite pass on this game. Expand

    Boring, just boring.
I saw this as a Mario Kart alternative for Xbox, but got disappointed badly.
Yeah, played it for a while. Then it became boring and repetitive.
Even gave split-screen a chance. A couple of matches and it wasn't fun anymore.

It's the return of LEGO racers but improved in every single way. If you owned an N64 and played the original its like that but better. You owe yourselves to try it out.

A very fun and addicting game, but unfortunately it has one VERY bad bug, all of you brickbux will vanish. when I first started the game, I was given 20k brickbux and was told that the vanishing brickbux glitch was patched, it's not, the devs now owe me 27k brickbux. (Apart from that, five stars!)

Even though I enjoyed the actual racing and especially the story campaign in Lego 2K Drive, but for me a player who loves to play online this game gives me pause. I don’t get a lot of time to spend on games between reviewing them, my kids and just life overall. So, sitting down to play and seeing my opponents all have super tricked out rides; I just know I am in for a loss. I don’t have an issue with microtransactions in games, but I do have an issue when players can just purchase power making it unfair for those who can’t or just won’t. If you plan on strictly playing Lego 2K Drive single player, there is a lot to enjoy here…. Even with the wonky drifting system.

With its vibrant visuals, addictive gameplay, and familiar Lego theme, Lego 2K Drive is a must-play for Lego enthusiasts and racing aficionados. There are a few missteps and they might have borrowed heavily from other arcade racers, but overall, I highly recommend this game for anyone looking for a fun and engaging open-world racing experience.

LEGO 2K Drive feels like a modern spiritual successor to the 1999's Lego Racers that borrows several beats from powerhouse racing franchises like Forza Horizon and The Crew 2. However, unoriginal quests and shallow microtransactions prevent the experience from being special.
