Mar 7, 2024Inkulinati is a terrific addition to the strategy genre. The art style and humor may draw you in, but the vast array of abilities and beasts at your command will keep you strategizing for hours. With an ever-changing Journey mode and an aggressive pace to battle, Inkulnati is a blast battle to battle, beast to beast, ink to ink.

Mar 5, 2024Inkulinati is great fun to play; a very good, hugely accessible tactical turn-based RPG. It's not too tricky to learn and master, but it really excels in the visuals and presentation - a piece of art in its own right.

Jan 31, 2023Inkulinati is now available in Game Preview and on Game Pass, and it’s already a very unique turn-based strategy game. The game’s visuals fall into the surprisingly popular recent trend of medieval art, such as the one found in Pentiment, yet offering a compelling combo where players are tasked with assembling a deadly army of anthropomorphic animal soldiers – all this with a highly replayable campaign, much to unlock and even a PvP mode, though that one’s unfortunately limited to local play only. This is a review in progress because the game itself is in development still, but fans of turn-based strategy should absolutely keep an eye on this one.
