    What an amazing game! What a memorable intro! I got the chills when I saw that title screen after it.
    If you are a Harry Potter fan this game is a must-have. It is the game we have all been waiting for for more than 20 years! If you aren't much into the HP universe, this game is still wonderful and worth your time.
    And please, just ignore the haters and give yourself the opportunity to    What an amazing game! What a memorable intro! I got the chills when I saw that title screen after it.

    Excellent game in all regards. Lots of lore from the books. Mini-games are a lot of fun. Much care was taken in crafting a beautiful environment full of creative details. Reminded me both of The Witcher 3 and the old Zelda games, but at Hogwarts. The developers and product team that worked on this game deserve a ton of praise.

    Don't know anything about Harry Potter but the gameplay is super fun and engaging. The world and story are so magical and breath taking. Would definitely recommend.

    Other than the semi empty open world hogwarts legacy has everything you want from an open-world harry potter game.
    You might grow tired of the combat but that is nothing compared to the beauty and detail of hogwarts itself.
    Could’ve made NPCs a bit more life like tho,

    This is THE Harry Potter game I have always dreamed about, and it isn't even about Harry himself. I'm loving every single minute I spend in this game, love how classes/missions are structured, you get to unlock new spells by completing assignments which can be quite entertaining and offer a bit of a challenge, at the end of these assignments, talking to a professor to learn the spell feelsThis is THE Harry Potter game I have always dreamed about, and it isn't even about Harry himself. I'm loving every single minute I spend in this game, love how classes/missions are structured, you get to unlock new spells by completing assignments which can be quite entertaining and offer a bit of a challenge, at the end of these assignments, talking to a professor to learn the spell feels like a darn good reward. The graphics are insane, it doesn't focus on hyperrealism, but it isn't cartoonish neither, it just feels right. It isn't only the school that looks beautiful, but the surrounding area as well, which is quite big, something I wasn't expecting at all when the game was first announced. Flying around in a broom is quite marvelous as well, I was worried that the controls could be a bit complicated, but the developers really nailed it.… Expand

    This game hits harder than my dad's belt. The amount of content in this game outnumber the human population. The bugs in this game are almost nonexistent. I'd rather play this than live in a mansion in California.

    I've been waiting for this game since 2019. I am finally now at Hogwart. The best wizarding world game I have ever played. Masterpiece, amazing views of Hogwarts, and all around the castle. Duellings are so exciting and spell castings are excellent with the sound. Thanks to people who worked in this journey to create a beautiful, perfect wizarding world and the great story of the game.I've been waiting for this game since 2019. I am finally now at Hogwart.     Game has a good story, love how you can equip gear and make it appear as other clothing, the combat is smooth, quests are fun, there is a few glitches which get overlooked from a brilliant story, I love this game

    My wife plays it with XboxX and it does seem amazing... been playing for like 23hours in.. and still so much more to explore and collect.. its just jaw droping world creation from Avalanche studio.. Thank you !!!

    Amazing game. The combat, the visuals and the world are beautiful. The story, although not the most unique, gives exactly what the game promised to give: the experience of being a wizarding student at hogwarts, discovering its castle and surrounding lands and learning to become a master at using magic, all the while learning new lore about the world. 10/10

    Incredible. From the visuals, the voices, the combat to the story, the lore and the level of immersion, this game delievers. Still some small graphical bugs to be found here and there, but nothing dramatic. This game is a must for every fan of the Harry Potter franchise. 10/10

The graphics are beautiful, the story is engaging, the atmosphere and background noises of animals, paintings, and NPCs fully engulf your world and it's incredible. The map looks quite big but you can only explore about half of it, however the explorable area is still very large. There are puzzles and things to interact with all over the map, inside and outside of Hogwarts. If you've ever dreamt of going to Hogwarts or being a witch or wizard in this world, then this is the closest you'll get! It's absolutely amazing.… Expand

    outstanding game with outstanding effects the combat needs to get used to the story is interesting and brilliant open world with a lot to do you can do whatever you want the character customization is a bit dull but good the different designs of clothes are Wide and good looking different wand choice is wide and overall perfect and true to the books

There is a heavy focus on exploration which just feels well done and rewarding with a good mix of puzzles. The combat is very good as well. The beginning obviously is quite basic since you only have a few spells but the further you get in the game with more spells unlocked and with more talents available, the combat just feels very smooth and satisfying. Difficulty is just right for me on normal, at times a bit challenging and at times not so much. The customization of your character is also pretty extensive with a good amount of options to choose from in the beginning and quite a big wardrobe of cosmetics to collect throughout the game. Quests are varied enough for me, they don't feel repetitive and I enjoy doing all the little side things the game has to offer. About the story I can't say much because I'm not super far into it but so far it's fine although nothing groundbreaking here.

    Overall a very enjoyable Adventure/RPG game to play, especially if you love the Harry Potter universe!    … Expand

    Love the game been waiting for years for a game from the harry potter world, a must-play for any Harry Potter fan.
    The only downside for me was how few companions you can interact with and how limited it was, I would have loved it more if it had more school experiences and classes.

    After playing this for 20 hours I can say this is a game that speaks for itself, the politics surrounding it can't bring down the masterpiece made by Avalanche. Warner brothers made an excellent choice on them and it's paying off. The game is vibrant, story driven and full of great surprises alongside some astoundingly good gameplay that feels incredibly natural.     True to the lore Harry Potter fans have been in love with for decades now, this is a must play game for everyone who loves the series, as well as anyone who loves a good open world rpg. The very minor hiccups here and there are easily ignored and don't detract from the game play.

    I know it's cliche to say at this point, but this genuinely is the game I've wanted for over 20 years. Incredible immersion, great graphics, GREAT combat. Incredible job, I hope Avalanche gets a blank check after this release.

    One of the best story driven open world games I have played in ages.

    Game is great, didnt have so much fun exploring since TES IV. I can only imagine what 1-2 patches maybe an addon can add on top to a already very good playerexperience.

    Also would love to explore this world on a PS VR2 in the future !!

    One of the best games I have ever played (my favourite games are Witcher 3, Horizon Zero Dawn, AC Origins). I like the whole Hoghwarts word, the graphic part and I never thought that spell fights are going to be such fun ;)

    I do not usually play single player games, but so far I have had a ton of fun with this game. I do not really consider very many things outside of the game. Just from a perspective of "did I have fun playing the video game?" yes, very much so. There is a ton of content to explore, there are a ton of other great features about the game, and it's great.

    This game is an absolute game of the year candidate. I couldn’t find this much joy in a videogame since Breath of the Wild. And this is coming from someone who never read the books or watched any of the movies (but I’ll certainly now).

    Hogwarts Legacy is the Harry Potter game I’ve been dreaming of since I was a teenager. I grew up alongside the Harry Potter novels and devoured them all, and I spent the time between book releases reading and writing fanfiction set in the Wizarding World.

    BEST GAME IVE PLAYED EVER, MOST LIKELY…thought same thing when first played Arkham City on ps4, I love open world 3rd person, but this world is sooooo immerse and detailed its ridiculous…ALSO, SOOOOOO MANY side missions and things to be done hidden within areas like the forbidden forest or places like that….ITS A MUST BUY FOR EVERYONE!!!!!

Finished the main part of the game, also did a bunch of side quests; I loved it, can't say I care about all the PC and politics;that being said. I played the game and judged it on that merit-being a game- well done to WB-avalanche and portray games;looking forward to the sequel-I'll definitely pre-order again

    Story was fine, but what got me were all the little detailed things put in, not necessarily any gameplay mechanism but rather small nods and fan-service.

    This game is wonderful! The immersion is in-depth and the quests never seem to get repetitive, The graphics and soundtrack are astounding and I love it. The controls are intuitive and I never feel frustrated playing this game. The puzzles are also really good!

    I also love the inclusivity the game has with LGBTQ+ characters and characters with disabilities

    This game is really good. I'm a big Harry Potter fan and really looked forward to playing it and I am really happy I did. The open world is stunning and the castle itself is really big and beautifully made. I have played like 30 hours and it's already a GOTY for me.

    One of the best and most immersive games I have played so far. The world to explore seems endless and very detailed. I am not usually a fan of such adventure games but Hogwarts Legacy seems like a new genre in itself. 10 out of 10 for sure

    Hogwarts Legacy is littered with small niggles which, when stacked together, make the game feel like it was released over a decade ago. While the castle is a large enough area to explore, the monotony of repeating quests and tasks makes the game feel last-generation and boring over time. Hogwarts Legacy could already use some DLC's in order to expand the size of the world, add more complex spells, and introduce a wider array of enemies. If you are a power-nerd looking for a new and complete RPG, you will have to wait for Star Wars: Jedi Survivor, coming in April 2023. While most critics agree that Hogwarts Legacy is near perfect, due to the incomplete feeling of the game and lack of a solid story arc, it feels more Muggle than magic.

    Hogwarts Legacy is an extremely fun adventure, despite having some graphic and narrative difficulties. In the vast open world, which makes it possible to explore popular locations and live like a typical Hogwarts student, you will face interesting challenges in the path of unraveling the main mystery of the game. Even though it's an exciting adventure, even a muggle like me manages, at a certain point, to miss a greater magic to deliver everything that the fans expected.
