    Es un juego bastante interesante y original que te mantendrá un buen rato enganchado. En si es un shooter con un buen popurri de mecánicas que hacen mas dinámico el juego. Cuenta con un buen puñado de "gags" que divierten y un buen montón de easter eggs que si eres completista te mantendrá enganchado un buen rato. Lo único malo "a mi parecer" es el tamaño de los subtítulos que son muyEs un juego bastante interesante y original que te mantendrá un buen rato enganchado.     been playing on game pass, so far very good. weapon variety is good and the guns are pretty fun from ammunition to the voice overs. i've got it turned up but its cool you can turn down Justin's frequent voice overs if they start to annoy. graphics are mid but doesn't really hurt the experience because the world design is pretty cool and makes exploring feel good. if you like rick and mortybeen playing on game pass, so far very good. weapon variety is good and the guns are pretty fun from ammunition to the voice overs. i've got it turned up but its cool you can turn down Justin's frequent voice overs if they start to annoy. graphics are mid but doesn't really hurt the experience because the world design is pretty cool and makes exploring feel good. if you like rick and morty cant imagine you not enjoying this but also feels like a game for anyone who likes comedy or first person shooters in general.… Expand

    High on life is a game designed for Rick and Morty fans, the way they get the humor to fit perfectly in every occassion is just fascinating,
    The variety in weapons, and the cool ways they find to make each and every one of them special in it´s own way.     The variety in weapons, and the cool ways they find to make each and every one of them special in it´s own way. Though the variate of weapons is great, the variety in enemies and combat is non-existent, it becomes repetitive real quickly, as there are only basic enemies(the weak one, the normal one, and the slow big one that deals lots of damage) The boss fights are also repetitive, as they are all based in the same mechanism( you fight the boss, he develops into a stronger boss, he triggers an ability that makes you unable to touch the ground or you`ll die, and this goes on with most of the bosses). there are 3 different type of maps, but they are all generic, so most of the time, you are looking at prefab assets in diffrent aspects and colors. Apart from this, it is still a really fun game to play, and the story is quite good, i think this game is worth playing,
    You can tell their main focus was to make a game that was not just based on combat, but more of a critic to modern generic games, as High on Life tires to be innovative.
    I see lots of people criticizing the way the guns talk and how annoying they can be, but that is the way they are intended to be, as when you are fighting or in a tense moment, you are not going to be comfortable, but instead nervous and annoyed with everihing that may cause you to loose focus.    … Expand

Those well versed in modern cartoon comedies like Rick and Morty or Smiling Friends will perhaps not get as many laughs from High on Life. Luckily, High on Life succeeds in other areas. The game has character and(believe it or not) heart. By the end, one is likely to have been satisfied with the journey.

    The combat in High on Life tries to innovate and mostly succeeds. The game is fun, no doubt, especially in the latter half.

    High on Life is a good game, and frankly, one that needed to exist. I loved it. It is recommendable to most, and I sincerely hope it gets patched and we get a sequel soon.

    The game is funny, gameplay is great with a good mix of platform and shooting! The universe is interesting and different. Music is pretty bad though! I got an annoying bug with one of the boss who disappears suddenly and never comes back.

    Excellent game with a great sense of humour to it too. Gunplay is good and game mechanics run smooth since the day one update. Won't be for everyone but glad to see a more mature humour game available to play.

    Great game and worth playing. I beat the game in 3 days because I couldn’t put it down. It’s the type of game you’d expect from the creators of Rick & Morty, but not as funny as the show yet still funny enough to make you keep playing. My only complaint was the ending, I won’t elaborate on the bad ending I’ll just let you figure it out.

    A very enjoyable game. High on Life makes fun of its self and kept me laughing throughout.
    There are some visual bugs here and there, also a few times I had to restart a checkpoint to fix game breaking bugs. FPS issues were fixed in a Day 1 patch and am sure more patches will come.
    Overall High on Life has a great game play and level design that kept me coming back for more.

    Great game, this is what i was looking for, from Halo. A fun story to get into. Not sure why the bad meta reviews. Game pass is for gamers, and xbox knows its audience.     High On Life is a 10! It is the first first-person shooter, that I've enjoyed playing in a long time. Every map had such a unique style, that has not been done in any game IMO. The colors and the creatures like the Mopplets were so well done. The boss fights were all fun, the Metroid-like levels where you have to use all the gun's abilities to find all the secrets.     Such a freshing game that doesn't take itself seriously. I loved the comedy and the more casual FPS elements. Too many games these days take combat far too seriously and it's nice to have a more casual game that doesn't require any sort of grind or complex mechanics which you easily forget after 2 days away from the game. A very good looking game also. Cannot wait for the sequel.

    High on Life is a unique and highly enjoyable masterpiece! I don't even like or typically play shooting games, but once I started playing I could NOT stop playing till i did everything there was to do in the game. Storyline is wonderful, recomend everyone give it a try at least.

    Para mi sería un 86 pero sólo se puede puntuar con unidades. El juego es muy divertido, el gunplay sin ser muy elaborado tiene variedad de armas y algunas habilidades por cada arma. Tiene tintes de metroidvania con bastantes idas y venidas si se quiere mejorar todas las armas y conseguir todos los coleccionables. La variedad de enemigos es escasa pero tampoco creo que sea necesario ponerPara mi sería un 86 pero sólo se puede puntuar con unidades. El juego es muy divertido, el gunplay sin ser muy elaborado tiene variedad de armas y algunas habilidades por cada arma. Tiene tintes de metroidvania con bastantes idas y venidas si se quiere mejorar todas las armas y conseguir todos los coleccionables. La variedad de enemigos es escasa pero tampoco creo que sea necesario poner más, ya que no hay muchos tiroteos, la exploración es lo mejor, lástima que los escenarios no sean brillantes aunque están lejos de ser malos. Lo mejor sin duda es la narración si te gusta Rick y Morty no lo dudes, es lo mismo. You can tell that this game wasn't perfect in any way, but the voice acting and attention to detail was real labor of love for the creators.     Reí a carcajadas, divertido, un poquito repetitivo en la dinámica de combate en el sentido de que no hay gran variedad de glory kills, y el mapa está algo limitado, pero de ahí en fuera me parece asombroso, gran juego en ocasiones se parece al Doom por lo intensos que se ponen los combates, lo recomiendo en XBSX|S.

    A mecânica do jogo é incrível, as armas falantes são maravilhosas, piadas do jogo, o universo de Rick and Morty, algumas piadas +18 sim, porém que o jogo é um FPS não digo genérico, mas um FPS que junto do jogo trás um ar muito bom e de tudo a história é a melhor, seres humanos sendo usados como drogas e sendo traficados por alienígenas.

    I enjoyed High of Life. I never sat down and watched a full episode of Rick & Morty, or any of Justin Roiland's IPs, and still had fun playing the game.

    High on Life is carried by its humor. I think most people will tell you that. I laughed with the game from start to finish. The characters, plot and scenarios are all charming and the game does not take itself seriously at all. It does    I enjoyed High of Life. I never sat down and watched a full episode of Rick & Morty, or any of Justin Roiland's IPs, and still had fun playing the game.

    High on Life is carried by its humor. I think most people will tell you that. I laughed with the game from start to finish. The characters, plot and scenarios are all charming and the game does not take itself seriously at all. It does not try to be some gritty, action game but instead feels more like a summer comedy (more on that later). One example, in the beginning of the game, you meet this washed-up alien bounty hunter named Gene who is essentially your Ben Kenobi-like mentor. He stays with you throughout the whole game but the jokes that highlight his washed-upness, laziness and vulgarness never get old. I enjoyed his quips and the other character's complaints about him, often literally loling. And Gene is just one funny character, they game does not have any shortage of humor: Dark, potty, this game has all of it.

    Now, it is truly best enjoyed as an interactive summer comedy, as stated above. That's because the shooting mechanics and guns leave a lot to be desired. For example, early in the game, you get this funny shotgun named Gus. However, the shotgun lacks the "oomf" that a shotgun typically has in FPS games. It just feels weak. At times when I thought the shotgun would come in handy, I just used the default pistol instead because it worked better. There's other weapons in the game but, unlike the pistol, they feel niche and don't get the job done as efficiently. But matter of fact, the gunplay and shoot mechanics as a while feel weak and floaty. The shooting does not particularly feel great; it often feels floaty. Although, there are numerous upgrades and modifiers you can purchase of your weapons, which is admittedly surprisingly.

    That said, this problem can be overridden by tuning the game's difficulty to story mode. This makes the game a cakewalk, with the exception of the final boss, who still almost killed me. Although this does make the game too-easy, it does allow you to focus on your weapons' banter, storyline and humor (again think summer comedy) that carry the game.

    That said, I can only recommend this game if you pick it up on GamePass. It lacks a lot of content for $60 game. There is no multiplayer component or endgame content to make me feel like I got my money's worth out of it. However, as a game that released on GamePass day one, I think anyone down for a good laugh should play it.

    Ngl forgot I even played this game and didn't add it to my account. I played it a **** ton when it came out. Game Pass is a hell of a thing. But I had a great time with this game. The humor is my kind of humor. It's just stupid fun. The gameplay is nothing special at all tho. Like everyone else has already said, if you're a fan of Rick and Morty then you'll probably like this game.

    Amazing story, great graphics no bugs for me, a gameplay that is original and a ton fun. The dialogue is refreshing and really fun loved it.

    Luego de los últimos parches el juego es una joya. Agrandaron los subtítulos. Me divertí como con ningún otro. Tiene mucho humor y la historia está buena. Me gustó el diseño de los personajes y las armas re locas

    I am a big fan of Rick and Morty, so I loved the foul-mouthed guns and characters present in this game. I did have a few problems with glitches, i.e. getting stuck in the architecture where I used my jetpack too high looking for loot. In certain boss fights I also got stuck through no fault of my own because    8 rating would be a stretch, but the Xbox series s version is a solid 6

    I did have a few problems with glitches, i.e. getting stuck in the architecture where I used my jetpack too high looking for loot. In certain boss fights I also got stuck through no fault of my own because the next segment didn't load.

    The story is relatively short, bit there are weapon upgrades you can purchase if you return to the levels and find the hiddenboxes (some have collectable garbage pail kids type trading cards, some have weapon upgrades, some have straight money)

    Another issue with it is how they only have 4 weapons, yet instead of jusy mapping each to one D pad arrow, they only use the left and right arrow to cycle.

    I enjoyed the graphics, sound effects, and dialog, but the music was lame generic scifi.

    My gf loved all the colors in the game. A vibrant palate of purples greens blues and pinks.

    Thr enemies are covered in this goop that shields them. It reminded me of one of my favorite promo games ever, CHEX QUEST.

    I wouldn't have bought the game but I'm glad it was available day one on Xbox game pass.    … Expand

    High on life enjoyable game but outlast its welcome with reiterated humor. Creative narrative story along with colorfully characters and languages. Standard gameplay with beautiful graphics! Worth a play on the Xbox

Some of the comedic elements of the game had me in tears laughing, like the sock-puppet threesome. Gameplay, world and sound are all quite good. Some of the city locations could have been richer with more activity and NPC dialogue, but the whack writing and jokes balance that out.Hilarious as hell and very creative, this sits in a class entirely of its own.     High on Life is an enjoyable yet silly first person shooter that works on most levels. While the humour sometimes misses he target, for the most part it is quite a witty and humouress story with interesting protagonists and antagonists to be found along the way as you explore this immersive alien shooter. Definitely a game for those looking for something unique yet different in the first person shooter genre.

    Humor is sometimes tough to get right. You have to pace it right and you shouldn’t overdo it. Justin Roiland and co. unfortunately throw it at you in mindless spades and hope something sticks. And underneath it all? Just a very average shooter.
