Jan 26, 2023This is a bright and vibrant game that is really fun to play. I never was a fan of beat style games but this one really has my attention. Kudos to Xbox for shadow dropping this on the community. I got a sense the zero scores are from the Sony Pony fans.

Jan 26, 2023Out of nowhere, Tango Gameworks made a masterpiece...I've never played a game like this before, I'm not a big fan of rhythm games but this game is different it never forces you to be a perfectionist, instead it rewards you if you do so, amazing art direction, great combat system, engaging platforming sections, charming characters/bosses, and the music is awesome, PLAY THIS GAME.

Oct 16, 2023It’s a hack and slash with a combination of platforming for the whole family. From the start, its presentation, its plot and even its controls say it all. Its playtime is perfect, and you can play it as many times as you want. However, the button-matching stages can be tedious if you struggle to keep up, as well as a couple of bosses whose mechanics are unclear during the battle. Otherwise, Hi-Fi Rush is just flawless.

Not only is the core of the game innovative, but the way each character is written takes a big risk of having people switch off before they develop and you grow to love them. I hope Hi-Fi Rush is incredibly successful. I hope it teaches the industry that creative innovation can also create profits, and we see more new and interesting ideas from the big boys in the future.
