    Hi-Fi Rush is a heartwarming, joyful and endearing experience to the end. The artstyle matches that of most saturday morning cartoons, probably due to the tone of the story and characters. The gameplay offers up a unique flow with a combination of Hack and Slash / Beat 'em up combat and rythm-based mechanics.

    Moving over to the story, it's nothing special on face value. On the contrary,    Hi-Fi Rush is a heartwarming, joyful and endearing experience to the end. The artstyle matches that of most saturday morning cartoons, probably due to the tone of the story and characters. The gameplay offers up a unique flow with a combination of Hack and Slash / Beat 'em up combat and rythm-based mechanics.

    Moving over to the story, it's nothing special on face value. On the contrary, it might seem very dull and clichee if it didn't have such an excellent execution. The charming and fun characters make the story and offer many emotional moments that are sure to make you smile and cry.

    The soundtrack is a crucial component to the gameplay due to its rythm-based nature. It's also full of bangers that one is cerainly going to listen to outside of the game. Some of the songs might even land up in someones "favorite songs" list.

    The gameplay resembles that of Devil May Cry, although much simpler, where you are additionally encouraged to hit to the beat of the music. It is important to mention that hitting to the beat is not a requirement, but a way to stylize combat and maximize the damage output. Adding to that, the game offers companions with cooldowns that you can call upon to help with a specific enemy or puzzle. (e.g. breaking their shield, activating ventilation, ...) The bossfights are also exceptionally done and a true highlight of the game.

    Where the game falls flat however, is the enemy variety. There are specific enemy types that are intended to be countered by the companions that you call upon, but that is where the variety ends, everything else is a reskin.

    This is a game that I will always look back fondly upon due to its heartwarming nature. If you get the chance, there is no reason not to play it.    … Expand

    Best musical combat I've ever experienced, I love every combat and boss fight, the beat and the music makes all of this experience even better track by track, even just chilling to the music in the title screen is so great, for me it's a good GOTY contender cause of it's originality.

    Game honestly reminds me why I got into gaming, and it's to have fun.
    And once you learn to play to the beat the game becomes loads of fun.
    If you play I highly recommend pushing passed the tutorial area the game picks up really quick after that.
    I believe this game deserves all the praise it's getting

    el soundtrack es hermoso con los golpes rítmicos y estilos no dejas de divertirte aprovechando tantas peleas para explorar todos los combos posibles.
    Recomendable totalmente con una historia muy cautivadora y hermosa

    Hi-Fi Rush is a game that I enjoyed a lot but I know I would have been obsessed with as a teenager.

    Its the use of bright coloration, loud rock music, and over-the-top characters make it something that stands out initially but the unique gameplay style and world design will keep players coming back. There’s a ton of extra content such as additional challenges and unlocking different    Hi-Fi Rush is a game that I enjoyed a lot but I know I would have been obsessed with as a teenager.

    The art, the music, the gameplay all works well in this game. Even if you can't keep the beat the gameplay is top notch, great boss fights, good game story, and the soundtrack is exceptional. And with the update that dropped in July a few more challenges to take on. Going around a second time to pick up achievements and missed items and unlocks is a must.

Un soplo de aire fresco entre un batiburrillo de shoteers que ha sabido sostenerse por sí sólo con sus llamativas mecánicas de hack and slash que me hacen recordar a juegos de antaño. Además, su apartado gráfico y sonoro destacan mucho debido a su buen desempeño. El único error que le veo es que la jugabilidad se vuelve un poco repetitiva y tediosa aIncreible juego de principio a fin. Un soplo de aire fresco entre un batiburrillo de shoteers que ha sabido sostenerse por sí sólo con sus llamativas mecánicas de hack and slash que me hacen recordar a juegos de antaño. Además, su apartado gráfico y sonoro destacan mucho debido a su buen desempeño. El único error que le veo es que la jugabilidad se vuelve un poco repetitiva y tediosa a veces, quizá la hubiese hecho más cambiante para mantener al jugador atento en todo momento. La duración del juego es perfecta, el balance ideal para este tipo de juego.

    This is a fun game featuring rhythm combat. The level design and system mechanism are as classic as a PS2 title, different from many contemporary AAA action games. No wonder so many players dislike it if they don’t like rhythm gaming and retro game style.

    hi-fi rush riesce nel difficile compito di prendere due generi non popolarissimi, e unirli alla perfezione. riuscendo a trovare il giusto compromesso per renderlo bello e apprezzabile anche a chi non si è mai avvicinato a questi generi di gioco.
    la prima anima del gioco è quella da stylish action, dove dovremo sconfiggere i nemici nel modo più spettacolare per ottenere il punteggio    hi-fi rush riesce nel difficile compito di prendere due generi non popolarissimi, e unirli alla perfezione. riuscendo a trovare il giusto compromesso per renderlo bello e apprezzabile anche a chi non si è mai avvicinato a questi generi di gioco.
    la prima anima del gioco è quella da stylish action, dove dovremo sconfiggere i nemici nel modo più spettacolare per ottenere il punteggio migliore. con l'aggiunta di tante fasi platform che ci permetteranno di raggiungere le varie arene, e di trovare le varie zone segrete per potenziare il personaggio.
    mentre la seconda anima del gioco risiede nella sua parte da rhythm games che riesce a sposarsi alla perfezione con lo spirito degli stylish action, dato che per fare i punteggi migliori bisognerà fare le varie azioni di gioco seguendo il tempo.
    se al inizio risulterà complesso, avendo un personaggio che può fare solo attacco leggero e attacco pesante, con più si proseguirà nel titolo, con più nuove possibilità di combattimento ci verranno offerte. aggiungendole progressivamente, alla fine ci troveremo paradossalmente a fare i punteggi migliori. sia per una confidenza maggiore con il titolo, sia anche alle tante possibilità in più che abbiamo per muoverci nel gioco.
    ogni cosa al interno del titolo andrà a tempo quindi non sarà difficile mantenerlo, ma in caso di bisogno si può anche attivare una grossa barra che ci mostrerà il ritmo giusto da tenere.
    ma anche se non si è bravissimi a mantenere un ritmo giusto, il titolo non è così punitivo e potrà essere completato ugualmente senza grossi problemi.
    forse unica grossa difficoltà è contro un boss che per essere sconfitta bisognerà premere dei tasti a tempo, e il margine d'errore è veramente basso.
    il titolo si rovina un po nella sua parte endgame, dove per vedere il vero finale dovremo in pratica rigiocarci l'intero gioco, e nel farlo ci saranno molti filmati o tutorial non saltabili che rallenteranno di molto l'azione di gioco.
    a parte questa piccola cosa per allungare un prodotto che non necessitava di altre ore di gioco, per il resto il titolo è splendido sotto tutti i punti di vista, una sorpresa apparsa dal nulla che merita sicuramente una prova.

    Hi-Fi Rush is everything I love about my favorite games and more. The combos are easy yet satisfying. Smacking Robots has Never been this much fun. The soundtrack for this game is amazing. It's the best soundtrack I have heard since Guardians of the Galaxy.

    This was one of the most enjoyable mixes of genres I've played in a very long time. The game has a lot going for itself. The design is awesome, it looks like something out of an anime. The music is incredible and matches the energy really well, which is needed for a rhythm based game. The combat is fun and always brings something new to the table, and isn't stagnant either. Com uma mistura de gêneros musicais, cada música escolhida para o jogo é cativante e estimula o jogador a se envolver na jogabilidade. A sincronização entre a música e a ação na tela é precisa, criando uma experiência imersiva e satisfatória.

    A mecânica de jogo é intuitiva e fácil de aprender. O objetivo é pressionar os botões no ritmo da música, seguindo os comandos na tela. Conforme você acerta as notas no tempo correto, a pontuação aumenta e a emoção aumenta. A jogabilidade é viciante e me senti totalmente envolvido no fluxo da música.

    O jogo oferece uma variedade de modos e desafios para manter a diversão. Desde a campanha principal até os modos de jogo mais desafiadores, há sempre algo novo para experimentar.     Este juego es todo lo que está bien. Además de entretenido, tiene buena banda sonora y los gráficos 3D con texturas dibujadas me encantaron. Parece que estuvieses jugando dentro de un cómic. Lo recomiendo si no lo probaste porque es la joya del 2023. Mis felicitaciones a los desarrolladores

    My initial reaction wasn't great but having played through 3 times now I'm obviously enjoying this game. Fior a suprise launch its holding up really well even against recent AAA games. TangoGameworks outdid themselves.

    Wow, this is one of the best video games that I have ever played. A big kudos to the developers and Xbox for this game.

    This is what I call a pure video-gamey game that gives pure fun, joy, and is full of swagger. :))

    I'm going to get the bad out of the way first. I know the game is a rhythm-based combat game but I think the game would be better without it. I'm thinking this game could have played like a colorful cartoony version of God of War and it would have been fine. I say this because the game does not rely heavily on its musically combat to carry. Sure, you deal more damage when your attacks land on beat, but the timing is often generous and did not seem to make a lot of difference, as least on normal difficulty. I suspect the timing of your attacks will likely be more pertinent if you were to play on the harder difficulties.

    However, I also think when you must land an attack on beat is when the game is the most frustrating. You will need to "mimic" certain enemy attacks to parry them and you cannot screw up without having to start the rhythm-session over. Usually, these mechanics are locked to quick time events but the timing and sometimes pace of them are brutal. It's like having to start a song in Guitar Hero all over again if you miss a note.

    Besides this, the game is a lot of fun. Like I said, it doesn't feel necessary, but when you are landing attacks on beat, the combat is satisfying. There are plenty of visual and audio cues that aid this.

    The game is also pretty funny. It is not rated R, or even PG-13, but I liken to humor to that of your favorite SpongeBob episode. It has this great, Saturday morning cartoon vibe to it that is enjoyable.

    Lastly, the sound track is great too. I even looked up some of the OST on YouTube after I completed the game. It truly does make for great background music.    … Expand

    Came out of nowhere and was a good time. Great work from Tango! I'd recommend this to anyone interested in a rhythm typed games

Speaking of rhythm, the soundtrack is amazing with songs from bands like NIN and The Black Keys. I highly recommend checking this one out.     This is Xbox’s real turning point for Bethesda and it came in a fantastic way. Art style reminds me of certain Cartoon Network shows, gameplay being a platformer like Mario and Sonic, overall, the only Xbox exclusive I can give a damn about on the Series X.

    Algo fresco divertido y entretenido que al final es lo que tiene que ser un juego,
    No será un super triple A pero Hifi rush demuestra que con menos presupuesto si se trabaja bien salen joyas como esta.
    Recomendable 100%.

    A true joy. It has fun kinetic combat, along with great hart and humour in it's story right until the end. It is also the perfect length, something that is all to rare now. The only downside is that this for me was the final straw in considering PCGamer reviews still credible :(

El juego comienza con la participación de Chai en el "Proyecto Armstrong", en el que su corazon se fusiona con su reproductor de música yDesarrollado por Tango Gameworks y publicado por Bethesda Softworks, Hi-Fi RUSH es un juego de acción y ritmo para un jugador en donde tomarás el mando de Chai, protagonista de este juego que es sumamente carismático, divertido, colorido y emocionante. El juego comienza con la participación de Chai en el "Proyecto Armstrong", en el que su corazon se fusiona con su reproductor de música y también recibe un brazo metálico. Al fusionarse con el reproductor de música, Chai se sincroniza con el ritmo de cada canción. Los enemigos y el ambiente también están sincronizados con la música. Chai unirá fuerzas con diferentes personajes para luchar en contra de los distintos departamentos y cada uno de los jefes asociados a los respectivos departamentos y así detener al CEO Kale Vandelay y la compañía Vandelay Technologies.

    El combate es bastante básico pero entretenido. Tienes ataques livianos, ataques pesados, ataques brincando, ataques especiales, puedes esquivar ataques , y también mezclar tus ataques usando a tus aliados. Podrás comprar nuevos ataques especiales/habilidades y combos para Chai y sus compañeros, con Gears (engranajes). Consigues gears derrotando enemigos, encontrándolos por el mundo y completando desafíos. Pero eso no es todo. Podrás comprar circuitos, fichas y ropa (después de terminar el juego) para Chai y otros personajes. Mientras vas jugando, encontrarás distintos robots y variantes. Cada uno con su distinta forma de atacar y derrotar.

    Los jefes de cada departamento son sumamente distintos y las batallas son diferentes a la anterior. Son memorables, entretenidas y algunas hasta graciosas.

    El juego cuenta con accesibilidad, como por ejemplo: incrementar el tamaño de letra en el interfaz de usuario, subtitulos de contexto, modo auto-acción, entre otras cosas. No quiero entrar en "spoilers" so, no hablaré de la historia. Pero les puedo decir que el juego es una joya. Mientras lo jugaba, me sentía que estaba jugando un video juego del Dreamcast.

    La música, los personajes, la historia, la jugabilidad, todo... se convierte en un clásico instantáneo. El estilo artístico parece sacado directamente de un cómic, y el doblaje hace que parezca un dibujo animado de los que veía los sábados por la mañana.    … Expand

    Amazing game! I loved the art style, all plenty memorable characters, and the gameplay was fresh. Overall the game was a great departure from the same AAA games that have been coming out. The rhythm was fun and the soundtrack was pretty darn great through and through. I recommend trying this game. I may buy it just to help support the devs. PS.     Amazing game in basically every aspect and while its a rhythm game a genre im awful at I find that this game found the perfect difficulty for being challenging but not overly tedious for me

    it feels like a mix of Sunset Overdrive, Jet Set Radio and Generator Rex all packed into a Rhythm game so if you like any of those games you will probably enjoy this game

    It’s a hack and slash with a combination of platforming for the whole family. From the start, its presentation, its plot and even its controls say it all. Its playtime is perfect, and you can play it as many times as you want. However, the button-matching stages can be tedious if you struggle to keep up, as well as a couple of bosses whose mechanics are unclear during the battle. Otherwise, Hi-Fi Rush is just flawless.

    What you will remember about Hi-Fi Rush is just how charming it is. It’s so rare for a game from one of the major developers to take a creative risk, and Hi-Fi Rush does just that. Not only is the core of the game innovative, but the way each character is written takes a big risk of having people switch off before they develop and you grow to love them. I hope Hi-Fi Rush is incredibly successful. I hope it teaches the industry that creative innovation can also create profits, and we see more new and interesting ideas from the big boys in the future.
