    They sell you the same awful game for already more than 10 years. Shame. Only not buying this “masterpiece” we can change something and make them do something worthy.

    And the game? Well its Far Cry, for good or ill. You know what you are getting when you buy it (and if you dont then it'll be new and fresh to you).     And the game? Well its Far Cry, for good or ill. You know what you are getting when you buy it (and if you dont then it'll be new and fresh to you). It is fun and crazy at times, and there are parts which are frustrating. I dont think it ever really finds it grounding as a guerillia setting, its too wacky and over the top, frequently. Get spotted in a checkout? Bring in the helicopters and tanks - like, cmon man.
    The supremo is fun (at times) but is hardly the weapon of a guerilla and makes combat too easy at times.
    Giancarlo Esposito (sp) does a great job with Anton Castillo, but, it would be nice maybe if Far Cry could introduce character with more shades of grey to them, then then doing everything possible to make someone look like a despit. Make us question our choices when we progress through the storyline, or even with options to let them go free.

    Game is fantastic. Next gen advancements are really cool. NPCs even feel like real people. Weapons feel great. This is the best Far Cry in quite some time. Big fan.

    Probably my favourite of the Farcry games since 3. Fairly average story but the gunplay has improved considerably from FC5.

    So far the game is great, not very buggy looks beautiful and is fun. Don't believe the review bombing this is actually a good game. Writing and voice acting is great fun side missions etc. I haven't played any of the other far cry games but I hear this is the same as the other ones just with new characters. Idk.

    We have to judge a game on its own merits. In that case, Far Cry 6 is a well crafted videogame, refining the formula we know since Far Cry 3. is it original ? no. Is it perfect ? certainly not. But Far Cry 6 has the best gameplay, the best environnement and the best open world in the franchise. Originality is not a criteria for quality. Let's    The review bombing is getting ridiculous.

    Let's be honest : gamers who give low scores to this game will review bomb the next Far Cry if it ever dares to innovate by telling us "it's not Far Cry anymore".
    It sucks for the the italian audio however, but you can still understand perfectly the game with subtitles. Giving a 0 score is inappropriate.

    In short, the low scores does not reflect at all the real quality of the game. If you liked previous Far Cry you will be right at home with this one but with perfected gameplay and prettier/bigger environnements.    … Expand

    It's definitely more of the same, as everyone else has said. But there's also some critical things that they either added or excised from the game that impede the experience. The biggest one, by far, is the infinitely respawning enemies. That's right - in an open world shooter with capture-the-flag style elements, they have infinite enemy respawns. That's right - in an open world shooter with capture-the-flag style elements, they have infinite enemy respawns. I'm not talking about, for example, you clear a check point and come back after one game day and it's repopulated. I'm saying that you'll enter large bases to retrieve a trinket, or whatever, and it will literally not be possible to clear the base because the enemies will literally not stop respawning. If you're like me, your preference is to murder all the NPCs and then leisurely saunter about the installation, plundering corpses and bins along the way. Perhaps you'll find a secret hiding spot, etc., and otherwise feel accomplished in knowing that you explored every nook and cranny of the developer's creation. Welp, I promise you won't be doing that here.

    You see, not only do the enemies infinitely respawn, they're dead-on accurate with nearly every shot they take. When they've got you in their sights, they WILL hit you, and all you can do is run. Oh, oh, oh! Their range is so good that you have to run approximately two football fields away from them. Guess what happens when you do that? Mass respawning commences (I'm not talking about reinforcements, which are a thing, but a pointless one because of the respawning, which makes reinforcements a foregone conclusion in almost all firefights). This is because the game thinks you've left the area (which you literally did, but what the game thinks is the "area" versus what you think is the "area" are two very different things).

    inb4, "git gud," that's not a thing here - I'm adept at headshotting with the M-16 with the 4X ACOG, but once they've got you in their sights, you're getting PELTED, and there's no way you're going to be able to line-up the shots on the count of your character jerking around and whatnot. Also, you're usually hit from all sides. So you've really gotta' go stealthy here, which is not unlike other Far Cry games. The main difference, as thoroughly stated above, is that the enemies don't stop.

    Apart from that, hunting's not a thing anymore. I mean, it's there, but you don't make stuff out of the pelts. Fishing's back, too, but, again, it's merely a mechanism to get parts for your guns or make food for "buffs," or whatever. You basically kill animals to sell their flesh in exchange for trinkets and recipes, etc. It sucks, tbh.

    People complain about the plot, but I think the plot is probably the best in the whole series. The other plot lines didn't make any sense. Far Cry 1's was pants-on-head stupid. I don't remember much about that game, but wasn't I battling monsters at some point? Far Cry 2's was much better, but the whole malaria thing, I dunno...That was probably the best one in the series, but the plot was a bit weak. Far Cry 3 is when they introduced magic and the supernatural (or intense drug abuse, or whatever TF), same goes for Far Cry 4. Far Cry 5 was too short, but the plot was the second best. Far Cry 6's is the most engrossing plot in that you're basically fighting a war against an oppressive Gov't. A lot of people don't like this because the Gov't is Fascist and perhaps they identify as Fascist, but if they made it Communist, then it would be point-to-point exactly like Cuba, and they were trying to provide enough distinctions to claim plausible deniability in that regard. Hence, Fascist rather than Communist.

    Apart from that, the graphics are good, the voice acting is good, and the world is like the other ones. I like the world in Far Cry 5 the best, I believe. This one is a bit like Far Cry 3, but maybe less colorful.    … Expand

    This is a fun enough game, but I wish I waited for a sale. The biggest issue is how much time you spend in menus. It really pulls you out of the game. Whoever decided to make certain enemies weak to certain ammo types, but not allow you to hot swap your ammo should be fired – such an annoying and stupid implementation of this mechanic.     FC5 wasn’t a perfect game, but it did really nail a sense of freedom, this game is a step back in that area. This game is similar to FC:ND in that there is a progression system with enemies and weapons. This game is also inundated with useless gear.

    It looks nice (but I honestly expected better on the Series X) and the gun play is excellent – so long as you happen have the right ammo type in your gun. Otherwise enemies are just bullet sponges.

    The only thing I like better in this game than FC5 is that the protagonist is voiced.

E nonostante tutto questo Ubisoft ci ha snobbati e ritiene che l'italiano sia una lingua insignificante tanto da non inserirla in Far Cry 6. Peggio per loro, perchè io credo che questa mossa si tradurrà in una riduzione di vendite del gioco in Italia, molti non lo compreranno e dovranno ricredersi perché in Italia negli anni dal 2004 ad oggi ci sono stati milioni di appassionati di Far Cry, siamo una delle più grandi comunità al mondo di appassionati del gioco basta vedere i tanti forum che abbiamo in Italia che parlano dei vari episodi di Far Cry e delle tante testate che hanno recensito la serie negli anni. Ubisoft hai commesso un passo falso questa volta, io credo che il gioco ne risentirà molto in termini di vendite in Italia perchè noi giocatori italiani ci sentiamo presi in giro… Expand

    New dawn was bad i would have thought that ubi will do the homework. But they did not. FC6 is really bad. Enemies are respwaning behind Your back. You can kill 100 of them then they will respawn and stand there like nothing ever happened. No AI. You cant really call it an AI. Sniper riffle shoots rubber darts. Candy graphics. This game is so bad. Ive been playing    I thought its just me...

    Dopo aver giocato tutti i Far Cry precedenti con parlato in italiano, questo sesto episodio lascia l'amaro in bocca e non si capisce perché abbiano tolto la nostra lingua dal gioco. Se persino Watch Dogs Legion aveva il parlato in italiano ed era un giochino secondario, per quale motivo avete eliminato l'italiano da una serie consolidata e con tanti fans come quella di Far Cry?

    Far Cry 6 perde molto senza l'audio in italiano, sia come atmosfera sia nel seguire la storia principale, sia nell'afferrare l'umorismo dei personaggi di gioco. Mi tocca constatare poi che l'audio in lingua inglese è fatto molto male con cadenza spagnoleggiante e risulta incomprensibile in più occasioni. Per quanto riguarda il gioco è ripetitivo, non intriga, è molto banale e i personaggiFar Cry 6 perde molto senza l'audio in italiano, sia come atmosfera sia nel seguire la storia principale, sia nell'afferrare l'umorismo dei personaggi di gioco. Mi tocca constatare poi che l'audio in lingua inglese è fatto molto male con cadenza spagnoleggiante e risulta incomprensibile in più occasioni.     VERY BORING GAME. Boring plot. Mobs spawn immediately after clearing the location.
    Look at the accounts that are given to the game 10. These are bots of the Ubisoft. They give 10 points to the game on all platforms and they have no more reviews in their history.
    Yubisoft scammers !!! Don't be fooled by these bastards!

    Un juego que continua con la formula farcry, con un mapa enorme, muchisimas misiones y una historia con un rival muy completo, divertido y muy buen agregado poderlo jugar con un amigo coop. A nivel visual una belleza en series x

Story- and characterwise, there´s plenty of potential left behind.     the game lacking Italian spoken dialogues is inexcusable mistake. Moreover it does nothing to innovate its old open world formula with uninspired quests, weird characters, eccentric humor and meaningless activities. Visually uninspired too.

    Il grande problema di questo gioco come hanno fatto notare già in molti è la mancanza della lingua italiana nei dialoghi. Ma non soltanto questo perché i dialoghi in inglese sono orribili, parlati con un terribile accento spagnolo, una specie di anglo-spagnolo e non si capisce niente! Alla fine la trama la capisci pochissimo, senza contare che il gioco è abbastanza scemotto, i personaggi eIl grande problema di questo gioco come hanno fatto notare già in molti è la mancanza della lingua italiana nei dialoghi. Ma non soltanto questo perché i dialoghi in inglese sono orribili, parlati con un terribile accento spagnolo, una specie di anglo-spagnolo e non si capisce niente! Alla fine la trama la capisci pochissimo, senza contare che il gioco è abbastanza scemotto, i personaggi e amici si comportano in modo strano, fanno cose senza senso, dicono cose senza senso, con una specie di humour strano che si fatica a capire. Poi visivamente non colpisce, l'isola è resa in modo un pò spartano, non ti cattura né ti invoglia a giocare, troppi punti di interesse sulla mappa rendono l'esperienza frustrante del tipo got there, done this, eccetera...grande delusione questo Far Cry 6, occasione sprecata di fare un gioco decente… Expand

    The latest entry in the Far Cry series brought many little joys, great performance by Giancarlo Esposito and beautiful tropical environments. Alas, it is annoying and disappointing in too many aspects. The story should have been approached more seriously, Yara is not a believable world and some of its areas are empty, while the gameplay suffers from copy-pasted assets and bugs that shouldn’t pollute a game from such an experienced developer. Overall, Far Cry 6 is a letdown. [12/2021, p.26]

    This feels like a far more honest take on what Far Cry is to most people: a joyful, chaotic toybox. There’s room for improvement – the questionable Latin American representation, for a start – but there’s no doubt this is something of an awakening for the series, exploring ideas I’m excited to see refined in iterations to come. In particular, doing away with the cumbersome pretence of political salvation leaves you free to pick and choose your own adventure, whether that’s toppling Castillo or just being crowned Gran Primo champion. Like Yara, Far Cry 6 is brimming with potential – you just have to step up and shape it.
