    I started playing this game a month ago, my first Far Cry game. I read lots of negative reviews here and was cautious, but after more than 150 hours of playing it, I can say with 100% certainty that I love it.

    The Latin American Spanish audio track from this game is one of the best, if not the best, I have seen in any other game I have played until now. The jokes, music, and dialects    I started playing this game a month ago, my first Far Cry game. I read lots of negative reviews here and was cautious, but after more than 150 hours of playing it, I can say with 100% certainty that I love it.

    The Latin American Spanish audio track from this game is one of the best, if not the best, I have seen in any other game I have played until now. The jokes, music, and dialects are all just perfect. I usually play my games in English, but God, how glad I was to have changed the language to Latin American Spanish. If you, like me, come from the region, please use the language in-game, you will not regret it. The dialogue is just so funny and engaging!

    The missions can become a bit repetitive after a while, but the history always gets you entertained. I am still not finished with the core game, but I will surely get the expansions when I end the main campaign.    … Expand

    This is my first Far Cry game and I really enjoyed it. It is the perfect game if you are looking for one with a lot of stuff to do. No shortage of side missions and beautiful landscapes to explore. The story is just fine, but I really did not have a problem with that. I have already recommended it to friends.

    I understand this game is rated fairly unfavorable by the general audience. I’m not sure why and it’s because this is my first Far Cry game but I think it’s great. First, it runs and looks beautiful on my XBSX. The graphics and colors are vibrant with tons to explore and do. I’m several hours in and I still find myself learning new things, gaining new weapons, just exploring and I’m havingI understand this game is rated fairly unfavorable by the general audience. The story is OK. Nothing in-depth, not the narrative of the year, and is what you’d expect from a game that has ridiculous guns and mods for each. Now the acting is great, yes, the went all out on Giancarlo, but, he definitely didn’t phone it in. He has an overlooming presence in the world, and when you encounter a cut scene with him everything stops and you’re entranced. You can tell he has his foot down on this world squashing it with each turn taken. Again, Giancarlo didn’t blow this performance off and they got their money’s worth. The audio is great, engaging mix of pop songs, original scores and typical gun explosions and folley. Controls are ok; I’ve never been one to enjoy cursors on a controller setup that you know were designed for a mouse. I wish there was an easier way to switch weapons. Again it’s ok but it definitely shows the controls were designed for PC users. Lastly the accessibility options are fantastic. I personally don’t need them outside of occasional use of captions but the fact there are this many options for players who do need them is admirable. Overall, this is a great game and a good time. It’s easy to play for a few minutes or play for hours. It’s immersive, well crafted, offers fun multiplayer and well worth the price. If it’s your first Far Cry game you’ll love it; if it’s not then maybe you won’t and if you didn’t understand some of the bigger words I used chances are you just need to stick to COD.     It's been very fun to play this game so far for over 20 hours. I think it could be the one of best Far Cry franchise. Amazing graphics, massive open world and Chorizo.

    Un juego que continua con la formula farcry, con un mapa enorme, muchisimas misiones y una historia con un rival muy completo, divertido y muy buen agregado poderlo jugar con un amigo coop. A nivel visual una belleza en series x

    Probably my favourite of the Farcry games since 3. Fairly average story but the gunplay has improved considerably from FC5.

    FOR ALL ITALIAN PEOPLE HERE: Learn to speak English. I'm from The Netherlands, do you think Dutch is an option in Far Cry 6? No. But since when is that a problem? You lower the score over some bs. Thanks to these Itlaian reviewers this game gets a 3.9 in stead of a 7 or higher.

    Does listen to the trolls. This is a great open world game. Very well designed with so much to do. Play the game for more than 5 hours, then make your judgement. It gets even better the further you get into it. Absolutely huge open world and just a really fun game all around.

    Far Cry 6 is graphically stunning on Series X, Story is typical for this franchise. Overally its and amazingly fun game.

    If you like Far Cry games you will like this one. Personaly I think 5 is my favourite as I think there was more variety but I am not even half way through the map and 20 hours in so that could change, if you do nearly everything then this is a 50+ hour game solo. Combat is great fun and challenging and that's the main reason to play a Far Cry game. There are races but these lack aIf you like Far Cry games you will like this one. There are races but these lack a challenge in the sense of skill but the bugs will stop you winning ( dont get stuck on a stone or maybe a curb ), these could of been fun but because of the 2 reasons I have mentioned they are not. The main bad dudes, not as good as far cry 5 and they do look like they imported the models from far cry 5 to populate this game. Apart from the humans who look fine the rest of the game looks amazing… Expand

    I was sceptical about this game however after a few hours I can confirm this game is excellent and doesn't deserve all the bad reviews. The atmosphere (music and scenery) is awesome, the gunfights are nice as the weapon creativity, and AI isn't as bad as some people stated. I didn't like far cry 4 & 5 but this one is the perfect gateway after office work.

    Farcry 6 is an amazing game I can't stop playing. The story is full of emotion and makes me want to see what happens next. The characters feel like real people and end up feeling like family. Chorizo is the cutest little doggie EVER!!! The world is beautiful and makes me want to explore every nook and cranny. Thank you, Ubisoft ❤

    Game is fantastic. Next gen advancements are really cool. NPCs even feel like real people. Weapons feel great. This is the best Far Cry in quite some time. Big fan.

    I can't understand one thing. Why are Italians so sensitive and fragile **** Many game developers don't bother with making Russian translation but we, Russians, never complain about this. Ubisoft have made a game without Italian translation and you are squealing like piggies. You're living in EU so start    The game is great! Much better than FC5 and a hudred times better than New Dawn.

The gameplay Is action packed, with loads of high stakes shootouts, alternative approaches to combat (eg stealth), and optional companions. The story is good. Nothing groundbreaking. But good.

    Overall if you like far cry games,    Infinite the review bombs, as usual. Far cry 6 is a really good game. It does suffer from being relatively Similar to previous entries, yet is still fresh enough. The gameplay Is action packed, with loads of high stakes shootouts, alternative approaches to combat (eg stealth), and optional companions. The story is good. Nothing groundbreaking. But good.

    This part of Far Cry series is avesome.. Love this type of open world games where you can make what do you want (races, fishing, hunting, etc)... Thumbs up Ubisoft..

    And the game? Well its Far Cry, for good or ill. You know what you are getting when you buy it (and if you dont then it'll be new and fresh to you). It is fun and crazy at times, and there are parts which are frustrating. I dont think it ever really finds it grounding as a guerillia setting, its too wacky and over the top, frequently. Get spotted in a checkout? Bring in the helicopters and tanks - like, cmon man.
    The supremo is fun (at times) but is hardly the weapon of a guerilla and makes combat too easy at times.
    Giancarlo Esposito (sp) does a great job with Anton Castillo, but, it would be nice maybe if Far Cry could introduce character with more shades of grey to them, then then doing everything possible to make someone look like a despit. Make us question our choices when we progress through the storyline, or even with options to let them go free.

    FC6 is a good game, there is no question. All the review bombs serve to prove is not to take notice of such inaccurate scores......    … Expand

But Far Cry 6 has the best gameplay, the best environnement and the best open world in the franchise. Originality is not a criteria for quality. Let's    The review bombing is getting ridiculous.

    Let's be honest : gamers who give low scores to this game will review bomb the next Far Cry if it ever dares to innovate by telling us "it's not Far Cry anymore".
    It sucks for the the italian audio however, but you can still understand perfectly the game with subtitles. Giving a 0 score is inappropriate.

    In short, the low scores does not reflect at all the real quality of the game. If you liked previous Far Cry you will be right at home with this one but with perfected gameplay and prettier/bigger environnements.    … Expand

    I was cautious given the negativity in some reviews but I LOVE it. It‘s beautiful and just plain fun, I‘m soaking up every mission there is.

    The latest entry in the Far Cry series brought many little joys, great performance by Giancarlo Esposito and beautiful tropical environments. Alas, it is annoying and disappointing in too many aspects. The story should have been approached more seriously, Yara is not a believable world and some of its areas are empty, while the gameplay suffers from copy-pasted assets and bugs that shouldn’t pollute a game from such an experienced developer. Overall, Far Cry 6 is a letdown. [12/2021, p.26]

    This feels like a far more honest take on what Far Cry is to most people: a joyful, chaotic toybox. There’s room for improvement – the questionable Latin American representation, for a start – but there’s no doubt this is something of an awakening for the series, exploring ideas I’m excited to see refined in iterations to come. In particular, doing away with the cumbersome pretence of political salvation leaves you free to pick and choose your own adventure, whether that’s toppling Castillo or just being crowned Gran Primo champion. Like Yara, Far Cry 6 is brimming with potential – you just have to step up and shape it.
