Jul 18, 2024F1 24 doesn't bring any major changes compared to its predecessor, but it does deliver some good additions to the game's well-known modes. The revamp of the career mode, allowing players to assume the identity of a real Formula 1 driver, was a great move by EA and Codemasters, but some problems with the car's steering can affect the experience in the very first races. In short, if you have F1 23, it may not be worth switching to the new full-price entry if you don't want the career mode with real drivers.

Jun 24, 2024If you are looking for some brilliant F1 seat-of-your-pants racing, then by all means jump behind the wheel of F1 24. Don't expect too much excitement away from the racing, as the omission of a story mode is a real whack. And certainly don't pin all your hopes on the smallest of new features and this year's buzzwords. Join for the racing, and enjoy what is provided from there on out.

Jun 7, 2024F1 24 is an excellent update to the Codemasters series: the new Career mode, which allows us to play with real drivers, is excellent, while the driving model has been substantially overhauled with very satisfying results. Only the AI represents a small Achilles heel, which we hope will be corrected as soon as possible.
