    It’s great. Of course it’s not the first game. The story has evolved. Things have changed in the world of dying light. It’s huge. It’s fun. There is so much to do. You have to put aside the haters and try it for your self. It’s really good. I have enjoyed every minute of it.

    Don't listen to all these snowflakes on here. Game is just an upgrade from the first Dying Light. Parkour is great, combat is good, and the story is passable. And it looks fine! Xbox 360 textures? REALLY? Some of you guys have your head so far up your ass you would never find it. Honest review would be 8.5 but you have to make up for the imbeciles on here.     Another solid entry in the Dying Light series. It improves on almost all aspects of its predecessor without revolutionising anything. If you liked DL1 you'll love Dying Light 2. I believe that some of the small issues as well as 1080p resolution on new generation of consoles take the score down a notch. 8/10 seems fair to me.

    Dying Light 2 is a great game graphically first class and gameplay too. Bravo TECHLAND for this game, you guys are great. I'm so glad I'm Polish. It's great that you didn't bother with the Italian language in the game to add it because nobody needs it. Poland is on the top.

    Amazing game. On Xbox Series X working very well. Fast loading. Great graphics. Great gameplay, Great city design. No glitches yet. I played about 20 hours. Parkour is awesome and incredibly smooth. Day and night much more balanced than in previous Dying Light. So many different techniques included. When I play Valhalla I just discover the map, fight, loot etc. but in Dying Light there areAmazing game. On Xbox Series X working very well. Fast loading. Great graphics.     After patch 1.9.0 game is really good now i fully recommended play this game . Graphic and story are amazing . I'm big fan of dying light 1 and dead island but I'm really love dying light 2

    The game just like the first one is great. The world is bigger and better. The game runs smoothly no major issues. The quests and side quests are great. Sure there are bugs but they are not game breaking bugs.

    Gra ma swoje wady jak turbo płaskie postaci, fabuła nijaka, system "save" to jakieś jaja. Zwłaszcza jak wspinasz się na turbo wysoki budynek przez 15 minut, spadasz i zaczynasz z ziemi...demotywujace, ale przyjemny gameplay skutecznie te minusy pudruje

    This game is definitely a gem of 2022. The plot is not thrilling, but there are highly rated games where it is worse. Graphics are epic, mechanics could be better - but they are ok. The romance of the main character with some woman is missing. The main storyline could be longer, but it's still longer than the messiah of gaming CP2077. The best zombie game since Days Gone

    Absolute masterpiece! Unlike reviewers I started playing after day 1 patch. So in the first 24 hours of playing I haven’t seen a single bug. The game is superb, probably the best game I have played since its predecessor. Graphics is top notch, music unbelievable, story great, combat engaging, parkour flawless.     I had about 3 bugs in the 20 hrs I put into the game. It ran at the expected 60fps in performance mode and look really good imo (but my TV is 1080p anyway so I'm used to that) and the Parkour even though it can be floaty at times was really smooth. The story while not blowing me away was definitely better than the 1st by a country mile and finally the VO it was hit and miss with a fewI had about 3 bugs in the 20 hrs I put into the game.     World is amazing, parkour and traversal i addictive. Gameplay is basically 10/10 with lot of things to do. Story is secondary for me when gameplay keeps you hooked in most of the gameplay. 10/10

    Juego brillante en todos los sentidos, si te gusto el 1 este te va a encantar igual, la historia esta bastante bien , te engancha cosa importante para un juego largo y en todo momento tienes muchas cosas que hacer, cosa que gusta ya que el juego tiene cientos de horas , en cuanto a la jugabilidad parecido al 1 pero obviamente todo mas pulido y    Brillante ! Si tuviera que destacar algo negativo seria que con esta nueva generación de consolas tendrían que haber mejorado el rendimiento del juego, y ponerlo a 4k 60 frames , quizá en un futuro lo cambien ya que lo hemos visto en otros casos , ojo que el juego igual se ve muy bien igual.

    This game is a 10 out of 10 masterpiece as far as I'm concerned. Everything has been significantly improved from the first game. Techland makes zombie games way better than Capcom does. I love you, Techland ❤

    A very good game, I like every element, and the most unique is parkour, combat, music. Villedor looks very good and has a great atmosphere in the city especially at night. Without revealing too much of the plot at night there is an adrenaline rush and a chase element which gives a lot of satisfaction. It's just a good game, I had no bugs, time well spent.

Techland really nailed it, improved the game in the right aspects, but it is still Dying Light. The story develops, the sidequests-NPCs and there stories are againJust replayed the first Dying Light game on the XBox Series X and it is a pleasure to play the sequel back to back. Techland really nailed it, improved the game in the right aspects, but it is still Dying Light. First I thought the Parkour would be less fun, but after same hours ingame my greatest fear was blown away. The story develops, the sidequests-NPCs and there stories are again emotional, tragic or just funny. (e.g. Birdie and the fragrance lady) The gameplay is fluid, the combat is much better as it has been in DL1. The ability to block enemy attacks is a great feature and makes fighting human enemies even more satisfying. The game looks fantastic, i play performance mode cause the 60fps are a must have. That the game only runs in 1080p with 60fps... I don't care. Still looks amazing and offers a well paced action packed experience with a working stealth mechanic, which I enjoy. The music bug i encountered may be a little annoying, but no game breaker. Restart and it worked again. And i guess there was an update, cause today the bug didn't reoccur.     Playing on PC, and therefor having dealt with very few minor bugs, I would say this game is really amazing! I think the storytelling is far better than the previous game and gameplay is similar but also an improvement of the last installation in the series. The parkour feels much better and way more fun once you get some skills and more stamina. If you can get over those issues and are looking for an engaging experience similar to the first game but revitalized then you will probably enjoy this game.… Expand

    A really nice game. No more bugs than in an average Italian house. Everything Italy archived was like 2000+ years ago. Now it's just a mafia, pasta, pizza, and mafia again. Just learn English like the rest of the world.

    This game might be no 10. But this is purely for all the ridiculous Italians 0 bombing this game. Also had rarely any glitches in about 10 hours of playtime and had a blast playing this in co-op with friends. Definitely not perfect but a lot of fun!

    Great game. Fun mechanics, fantastic graphics and runs decently. In my opinion improvement over the first game. I usually don't write reviews of the games I play, but seeing the injustice this game receives from pizza hogs I felt bad. **** people who negative bomb games for no reason.

    Came back to change my original score from an 8 to a 9, now that Techland updated dying light 2 to have 1445p and 60fps is definitely a huge game changer for the better! I started a new dive into this game and now I'm impressed with how techland listened to their fans and the community and improved every aspect of dying light 2, take note other studios.

AND I HAD ALL CONDITIONS TO GET THE BES ENDING, but the videogame did not say me at the very end, that a choice, that looks like a **** IS THE BEST ENDING, why you can’t say that BECAUSE OF YOUR CONDITIONS you will get THIS ending, not this. Well,I really like this game. Of course i had some bags, but they were funny. The only problem is story… the last part of the game is strange.     I love the story, the characters, the choices, the nostalgia, the combat, the parkour, sandbox activities, player progression system and crafting (except upgrading blueprints - getting zombie trophies is too much of a chore)
    I dislike the fact that the facilities reset after clearing. It just does not work well with my OCD. I like to clear things from map and check it out off of my list    I love the story, the characters, the choices, the nostalgia, the combat, the parkour, sandbox activities, player progression system and crafting (except upgrading blueprints - getting zombie trophies is too much of a chore)

    it is not the same as the 1st entry and that is not a bad thing at all.
    I prefer this above the 1st entry.

    Gameplay is immensely fun and fluid. Traversing and combat feels rewarding in going the extra mile in game.

    I had zero bugs and 44 hours in.

    Only thing that sucks compared to DL1 is the music.

    This game is such a welcomed upgrade from the first game. The parkour is very good and the gadgets work very well with it. The combat is very fun and the mechanics are great for combos. The Graphics look amazing one of the best games to arrive on next gen.

    Dying Light 2 Stay Human is a worthy, anticipated and very well crafted sequel. The game offers a balanced mix of action, survival component, parkour, RPG skills, strong main storyline and interesting side quests, offering hours of quality entertainment.

    Despite of audio bugs (which are very annoying), the game catches all the ambient from the previous ones and got some new mechanics. Let's hope that Techland fixes this bugs, so it doesn't remove the enjoyment of playing.

    This is the perfect sequel to dying light. Sure it’s riddled with bugs, but it expands upon the first game, it has a new story, new set of characters, new map, new protagonist, new faction system, etc. This is the game that they showed in the E3 2019 trailer and it will stay that way.

    Developers, don't be fooled by these **** who didn't bring the language, your game is a logical development of the first part, in the second you improved everything, something to a lesser extent, the game pulls 9 points unambiguously, for the heavy atmosphere, the screams of people who are torn apart by zombies, excellent parkour and a normal plot, thanks to the developers for the game

    Overall the gameplay is very fun and addicting. If you were a fan of the first installment then this will be the game for you! The day one patch really fixed all the issues i was having. Only complaint I really have is the quality and resolution mode. They're not as optimized as I would like but the gameplay makes up for it! Great job TechLand!

    This has become one of my favorite games, in my opinion it improves upon the first game in every way that it can with parkour, combat, clothing, skills, crafting.

    Hopefully you like Rosario Dawson's character Lawan... theres a lot of her in the games main campaign and she like many of the survivors sports a very edgy personality, the seemingly inevitable result of surviving the brutal world you play in here. Overall i enjoyed blitzing through the main campaign only briefly stepping off the beaten track for the odd side mission. There's alot of filler here, and yet i was surprised by the overall quality of the world.

    For myself I played to completion of the main story - minor side quests and distractions - maybe looked at 70% of the map overall - 31hrs 52 mins! Experienced multiple bugs, most were minor with only a couple of game breakers in there ranging from no audio to a boss stuck inside the scenery blocking progression.     I really enjoy this one. One of the few first person games I can enjoy. I love the gameplay. Story is a little rough and needs some work but the gameplay is fun. Face animations are bad though.

    I finished the game and it was a pretty awesome experience. The gameplay, graphics, open world are all a big step up from the first game. The story is solid and theres so many alternate choices to make that could make a 2nd playthrough very interesting.

    The world and vistas are quite a sight and is very colourful and do create a nice level of immersion.

    The multiple routes that can be taken in the story adn sidequests are welcome change and it does effect what kind of ending you get in the game.

    Gameplay is great and the combat is superb ! There are so many moves and tools at your disposal so it feels great to drop kick, ground pound , slash, double jump and then finish off with a jump kick to the face.
    The parkouring is at its peak in this game, dont ive ever played game where just traveling is so much fun, the paraglider fits very well once you get to the city and the grapple hook is also great (once you get it) Takes way too long bofore you get access to it.

    Ive put in over 300 hours into this game and im still not bored with it. Its a strong recomendation from me and dont let nobody tell that you this game crap just because its not like the first game.

The introduction of immunity and UV light feels like a game-changer - the game obliges the player to analyse the risk and take cautious choices.     This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. About halfway through the game now. Overall very satisfied. Gameplay & Sound design (when it doesn't bug out) are exceptional. Parkour & combat are excellent. Movement is fluid and melee combat hits hard. Haven't had many instances (if any at all) of falling due to the game not registering a grab/control input.
    Voice acting is great for the adults. The children voices are odd. They are WAY too "kid-like" and it's kind of distracting, but it's minimal.
    The only issues so far have been co-op not working all the time but they just put a patch through to fix that. Sometimes the audio will bug out and either go silent or will just play a static buzz sound which you have to quit the game and restart. Minor inconvenience.
    Missions are fun. Side quests are bountiful. The game rewards you for exploring. Will probably start feeling a little redundant if playing solo though. Only gripe with the game so far is night-time doesn't feel quite as dangerous as I haven't come across any volatiles. They have howlers that if they see you will start a chase sequence.. but they're relatively easy to avoid.
    Overall, i'm addicted. Very fun game    … Expand

    It is pretty fun game to play but technically dissapointing. It doesnt have hdr, yet it support every nvidia made application. Bad port for nexgen consoles. 1080p no hdr. Atleast it run much smoother in added fps vrr performance mode about 90-100fps/hz with vrr. If you liked the first one this is just alike good zombie game

    -Great Story- Perfect pacing for the most part. Also, what can I say, I'm a sucker for a game who puts choices in front of me.

    This is an open world first person zombie game that took me about 20 hours to complete, and can be played wit up to 4 players co op… Youre a night runner, youre infected early on in the game which adds a layer of tenseness to the game which I loved, Theres a timer when youre in buildings or running around at night that have hav to keep filled with UV lights or the the sun so you don’t turn into a zombie.. this mechanic was never annoying.. in fact I never ran out of time, but I appreciate the level of immersion there… bevasue sadly this mechanic is where the immersion ends.. Like the original Dying light the world here just doesn’t feel lived in… it’s a mess zombie playground but even more lifeless than last time.. .a generic game world feel rather than again feeling like a world that used ti be brimming with life… I did love exploring the buildings during the main story missions, but nothing ever enticed me to seek things out on my own.. no addictive hook when it came to loot as every weapon breaks, theres nothing cool to find in this world, so why bother? Why not just stick to this super boring story? Which is what I did… One thing Dying Light 2 improved on is the flow of the parquor… It still needs works, its still frustrating at times, but it miles better than the original… and the combat is great too.. I loved getting into fights with my modded weapons, however the enemies this time around feel kind of brainless and just in the way rather than a threat like the past game.. and my biggest complaing.. I absolutely hated the second half of the game… running around in Dying Light 2 just isn’t fun… its not.. I feel like Im the only person who feels this way and I have no idea how.. I died more trying to get from point a to b, than I did the enemies once I finally got to the mission…
    I would love a more mirrors edge / modern assins creed style system in the future because I dreaded having to run through this city in the second half.. I didn’t mind the first half of the game where building were low and close like an old school assassins creed game, but the larger city.. awful…
    Overall Dying Light 2 is a fine game, its good, the combat is great, but the loot system is a disappointment and the story is just bad, it is.. I was non invested in the world at all…
    Youll have fun going through the campaign, its just a shame nothing in the world entices you to explore or to care…

The world is beautiful, and the parkour is both fun and inconsistent (meaning that due to the existence of so many mechanics in the game, You can trigger some of them with the same button, which can make your character do things you didn't want to do. The weakness of the plot is also manifested in additional tasks that are not very interesting (although there are exceptions), and in additional activities that get boring very quickly.

    The gameplay itself seemed pleasant to me, but not without flaws. The music in the game is as unobtrusive as possible, but at the same time tasteless in my opinion. There are also a lot of glitches and bugs that directly affect some secondary quests and additional activities, as well as prevent you from collecting loot in some places, it's a little annoying.

    In all other respects - a good game, but not worth the money. Wait for the largest possible discount, and in a year or two you can take it. I recommend. Glory to Ukraine!    … Expand

    The game doesn’t do anything wrong per se and I must criticize it primarily for its absolute mediocrity, lack of interesting ideas, and wasted potential. There were good moments I really enjoyed here and there, despite the game having the worst open-world city of gaming history and the creators’ promises not being fulfilled in the slightest.     Dying Light 2 Stay Human could very likely become the stellar zombie survival adventure it should someday be, provided the bugs are finally wiped out. Its excellent parkour is an amazing way to explore this giant open world of the last tough city, and the post-apocalyptic stories of its many strange and distinctive characters are a must-see. Our bet? If its developers bring us a DLC with a really interesting story (or that solves this ending that we can't swallow), then we'll have the perfect zombie game.

    But the storytelling is a hair too cryptic to be easily followed. That’s true for most of Dying Light’s story elements too; from tiny touches, like photos of a dead family in an abandoned house to larger-scale interactions with other characters, the game struggles to emotionally draw you into its conflict. I never cared about saving Mia; my main focus was always on reaching the next objective. The bright side: Despite all those shortcomings, I had an absolute blast doing that.
