As I heard, this game was developed by only one person and the first impression is just like “omg, it’s kinda bad, weak game design and e.t.c” but I gave this game a chance and completed it three times. And after that I really liked it, yeah, different bugs and other weak points remained the same, but I think that the concept is great, and “infinite” (full game) will be really good, giveAs I heard, this game was developed by only one person and the first impression is just like “omg, it’s kinda bad, weak game design and e.t.c” but I gave this game a chance and completed it three times. Very surprised how I got from “0/10” to strong 7-8 (for a demo/concept), I will set 10 just to support the developer, stop review bombing guys and start give honest rating (I’m not saying that it’s 10/10, but not 2 or 3!) and give useful information about improvements that developer can make, peace. Bright Memory
A great Peek into whats to come
Bright Memory is a proof of concept for the upcoming bright memory infinite, theres not a whole lot of content here, only taking about 50 minutes to clear, I’m not sure if this content will be included in infinite, but the 50 miutes here is a blast, this is vanquish meets byonetta meets god of war meets doom, its crazy and so fun, you have 3

I cant wait for the full game to be released..
The only thing Im not a fan of however is that while you do gin xp that can be spent on new attacks and upgrades, pulling up this menu to upgrade your charcter does not stop the battles, so you can find yourself in a tough situation realzing wait I can upgrade this, but you cant because youll die trying to do so…
This is an annoyance I thought only existed in online only games, and for some reason that annoyance is here..
Otherwise I loved my hour with bright memory and its awesome that by buying this you get infinite for free, I cait wait to see whats next
    I give Bright Memory
    a 7.5/10

    The good:
It recalls the old days when games made no sense at all and a ridiculous storyline was cause for a bullet exchange and gallery shootings. Nice graphics. The protagonist (Shelia) seems to have a lot of charisma and some changes of clothes. Combination of powers, weapon shots and katana / sword cuts make it very dynamic. Easy achievements. Reduced price according to the duration.

Reduced price according to the duration. It's fast, it's absurd, it's fun.

    The bad:
Very very short. The protagonist has a lot of charisma, but she fails to exploit it for good. It shows that it is an incomplete game. Some shadows and dark areas flash which detracts from the visual impact. Some saturation slows for moving objects on screen and effects. The story leaves many questions unsolved, we may never see a chapter 2. Although it can be purchased from the Xbox One store, it can only be played on Xbox Series S / X. It is not on Xbox Game Pass.

    The Meh!:
If someone had reached out to FYDQ to convince him to rethink this as a Quantum Break Action, I would believe him. With graphic and particle discounts it could well be in the Xbox One / One X catalog. I feel that this game is not being very well publicized and not being in the massive Xbox Game Pass showcase if it relegates it among so many options in the catalog.

Interessante, porém eu esperava uma dublagem seria bem legal, agora é só esperar a continuação e ver as melhorias do game

At the end of the day, Bright Memory is a bit of a tough one to score. I went in not knowing much of anything about it, and would be lying if I said that I didn’t end up having some fun with it despite its faults. Still, regardless of how impressed I am by the fact that only one man developed this thing, there’s not a lot to it that stands out. It’s dated, it’s buggy and it’s beyond short. Still, it can be pretty fun if you temper your expectations and understand that you’re not going to get a lot for your money.

Bright Memory looks fantastic and the action is strong, but there’s just not enough actual game here to recommend it. As interested I am in seeing a full-length version, I can’t say this taste is worth the price when all it has to offer is six rooms and a couple of hallways’ worth of content.

It's hard to actually review Bright Memory, as it's not a game you can easily recommend, even for its relatively small price. But what we can definitely rate is a passion the developer has put into this project, while trying to give a new life to a slowly withering genre. We can only wish luck to the FYQD studio with their next game, which we will judge accordingly.
