From graphical standpoint this game is absolute masterclass, they really hit the nail with both Norway and England. This game's soundtrack is one of the most beautiful and relaxing soundtracks i have heard in long time in any video game. Combat is good, cities look interesting enough. There's many places to climb and parkour on. Overall very good.

What can i say? It's good, but i'm hardcore Assassin's Creed fan, sue me lol. Some bugs, but that's expected in so big game. Red Dead Redemption 2 had bugs just like this one, bought both day 1 and i'm sure these will be fixed. But both maps (Norway and England) are not only big, they are interesting. No game is perfect, but Assassins Creed Valhalla is consistent. Consistent as in the story, side quests, world activities, and the gameplay itself holds the same standard; which in this case is a good one.

I loved playing this game, it is my favorite Assassins creed and brings the activities of the old Assassins Creed back into play. The story is full of plots and twists and the settlement mechanic means players must work to see the lives of their NPC's grow and become more fruitful characters. Whilst Valhalla can improve on many elements, such as the bugs or sometimes wonky animations; it is genuinely a great game by Ubisoft.

I can't recommend this game enough and whilst I wouldn't consider it a must-play; I can definitely mark it as an enjoyable odyssey that triumphs where previous Assassin's Creeds have failed. I really recommend you get this game, it is a brilliant experience and plays amazing on both new next-gen consoles.

Already have a feeling i'm gonna play this for very long time, it reminds me mixture of AC Unity and AC 4 Black Flag. Unity because parkour and darker overall tone and Black Flag because huge open world with so much places to explore and discover. Can't wait to see what they do with Paris or Ireland.

Thank you so much Ubisoft for making this otherwise empty and boring (in terms of games) November so much better.

There really haven't been epic open world games like this in 2020, so now i have something to play until 2020 ends. Other than some bugs (not a lot), it's been nice.

Might be my favorite map of any Ubisoft game ever. Sure, i like Paris in Unity and Black Flag has generally interesting map, but Valhalla is just new level. Very beautiful game.

That game is EPIC. I play on Xbox Series X and it is extremly fast, smooth, high fps, quick loadings - pure fun. I have 98 hours, mabe 40% of story and still a lot things to do, not bored even for the moment. In my opinion the best Assassin's Creed ever... one of the best games ever.
Stuning story, great open world, nice quest, settlement expansion, river invasions and much more new ideas

Stuning story, great open world, nice quest, settlement expansion, river invasions and much more new ideas for interresting gameplay. What I appreciate the most is the combat - very immersive, precise, well developed - the best in series.

The only thing I could change is world colors - sometimes too much colorful - I prefer much more real colors of grass, trees, etc...similar to RDR2.... but I understand that it depends on your taste.

Don’t waste your money. AC doesn’t know what they are anymore. It’s a lackluster game half put together with cringe dialogue

Best AC since Unity. Valhalla is a huge step backward, to older AC.
    1. Parkour is become useful. Now it in game not just because it's AC. It's a feature now, not rudiment.
    2. Graphics very beautiful, even on mid settings. Almost no stutter and low fps on my RX550FX6300. 3. For me, Valhalla don't have grind, but grind is subjective thing. 4. It don't seems familiar to Witcher. Now it

    4. It don't seems familiar to Witcher. Now it seems like RDR2. Mysteries is like strangers from GTAV and RDR2. Game become slower, so who don't liked RDR2 may find Valhalla boring.
    5. Story is fascinating, and connecting Origins, Odyssey and Valhalla to first AC titles.
    6. Bugs. Boats flying in Vinland, flying drakkar, everything flying on 1.0.2 patch. But there's no critical errors.
This is wonderful game and, im sure, it'll become more wonderful with future patches and DLC's.

The best thing about this game is the great story! The over-arching 'real-world' story salvages the mess the lore was in until this point and makes sense of it all while also leaving it open for future games. It's told in a vrry creative way with multiple threads coming together to form a complete picture. Love it

If, like me, you'd stoppee playing these games because the story was all

Nice game, I reach 100 hour game and 2 times lost the saving , in total I wasted 8 h gameplay to then lose the save, because this game is bugged. Many people reported this bug. My advice... play it on ps5, or don’t play it at all.

Surprisingly good Assassin's Creed game, not only better than Odyssey, but it's just so much better. But it's pretty obvious that tons of people don't understand the appeal of Snowy Norway or Beautiful England and just call it boring. That's a shame, but whatever. To me 5 hours long Spiderman Miles Morales is boring, so to each their own i guess.

Assassin's Creed is not something you can quickly finish and move on to next "cool game". This game series focuses on exploration, stealth and really just enjoying the environments.
Of course it also has brutal combat and all that cool stuff, but what i'm trying to say is that it's not your average 5-10 hour game. If you don't wanna actually enjoy it and take your time, there's no point

There's only four games from 2020 that i can say truly deserve to be nominated at "The Game Awards", these are : Final Fantasy 7 Remake, Doom Eternal, Half Life Alyx and Assassin's creed Valhalla. Tony Hawk 1+2 Remake was really nice, but come on, all in all it's not that revolutionary.

It is highly satisfying completing a story arc or traversing the world and finding things that you felt that other players might not have stumbled across due to the nature of the open world and its use of way finders. The lack of load times on Xbox Series S is truly impressive given the nature of environments, landscape, and elements that are present on screen. There were a few issues from characters floating in mid-air, bizarre enemy AI, and straight up freezes, although these were far and few between given the scope of it all. Intuitive and varied combat help keep things fresh, even if it does take a fair few hours of gameplay to really get going. Assassin's Creed Valhalla is a thoroughly enjoyable, open-world RPG that is an absolute must for Xbox owners.

In many aspects Valhalla resembles most of Ubisoft’s games, but fortunately progression feels a lot more natural this time around. The game’s not perfect but I had lots of fun conquering new territories, plundering churches, and pillaging coastal villages while following a mature story and enjoying gorgeous, believable medieval Britain.
