    I couldn’t play this for more than 15 mins. The PPT slideshow presentation gave me a crazy headache. And I don’t know who green lit the idea “hey, let’s make a video game that has an art style and gimmick that makes looks like it runs at 4 FPS”

    This game is a huge steaming pile of garbage. The greedy developers are charging $30 for a slide show. There is literally no animations for the characters. Like why did they even bother adding the very few animations this "game" has? They're literally not impressing anyone with those tiny amount of animations. The story is terrible. It's already bad enough that this multi-trillion dollar company makes a bunch of indie quality games. Now they're selling $30 Microsoft PowerPoint presentations? Not even EA would be that greedy and lazy, and they have a fraction of the money Microsoft has.

    Apparently this game has multiplayer, but why would I care about multiplayer in a game that literally has no gameplay to began with? Even walking simulators like Gone Home has more gameplay than this so-called video game, not to mention that the Gone Home developers charged $10 less than this trash. It's very embarrassing and pathetic that this garbage was published by a division owned by a multi-trillion dollar company. Meanwhile, companies with even less money can give me a superior gaming experience at the same price or cheaper. My Xbox game pass benefits will end in a few days, and I sure won't be missing that horrible service. I will not subscribe until they give me a top notch AAA quality game not named Forza. I don't recommend this poor excuse of a game at all.    … Expand

    gracias a xbox ahora puedo dormir con esta historia tan aburrida, no lo recomiendo, por 1$ de game pass se puede jugar pero no pagando, semejante porqueria.

    Que jogo horroroso, parece que nem foi feito, algo mal acabado, varias imagens passando na tela. Parece um simulador de loading do GTA, ou algo feito no power point. É a coisa mais sebosa ja lançada. Deveriam ter vergonha pra lançar algo assim

    Una decepción, de lo que esperaba de este juego realmente. Si tienes gamepass pues lo tienes ahí para probarlo. Por favor Microsoft más calidad y menos cantidad en gamepass.

    Un bon point pour le doublage français de grande qualité… mais franchement, c’est donner de la confiture à un cochon de jeu de merde ! et tant que j’y suis, un autre bon point pour la possibilité de gommer ou de rendre moins chiants ces saloperies de QTE de merde (pléonasme)…

    Mais, nous n’irons pas jusqu’à deux en ce qui concerne la note finale, car cette espèce de roman-photo laid comme un pou, à la technique dégueulasse (50 Go qu’elle fait cette bouse sur la version Series X !) est vraiment déagréable à jouer… non, que dis-je, on ne joue pas là-dedans, on… regarde et on choisit un truc de temps en temps !… entre deux QTE moisis.

    Donc, même comme vague film interactif, ça ne fonctionne pas ou si mal qu’on s’interroge sans cesse sur ce qu’on est en train de regarder : comment ça peut être aussi con, aussi grotesque ? c’est quoi ces rebondissements à deux balles, c’est quoi ces multiples psychodrames… à deux balles ? ça fait pitié, sérieusement. Qui a écrit une merde pareille… volontiers wokiste ici et là , de surcroît ? ils ont dû s’y mettre à plusieurs… c’était un con-cours !

    D’ailleurs, même les jeux, les non-jeux pardon de chez Quantic Dream sont au moins agréables à regarder et bien plus interactifs que ce truc tout pourri « as dusk falls » qu’on ne finit même pas, car au bout de deux ou trois heures, on n’en peut déjà plus ! heureusement que cette daube est tombée dans le daube pass, sinon, ça ferait mal au cul !    … Expand

    One of the best narrative driven games I've played. Not only is the art style really cool but the story is super captivating and will have going back to it and trying to see what happens if you make one decision over the other. There are so many possibilities and so many meaningful choices to make that it really does keep the game fresh. This one is a must play for narrative game fans.

Spoiler alert, it goes nowhere! This game is an absolute waste of time. The endings are typical. It has 6 chapters, but feels like it should have 20. The ending of the game is a cliffhanger.     Will you enjoy this story-based game? That, quite unsurprisingly, depends on whether you’re going to like the story. The plot twists aren’t great but if you’re interested in dark topics like PTSD, you could leave satisfied.

    Caroline Marshall’s first independent project may not have panned out exactly as planned, but it shows enough potential in its story telling to convince some to give it a try, and if you already own a Game Pass subscription then you are just investing your time, which will probably worth it.
