Like a jobber going against John Cena, this game just can't get the job done. Bugs and glitches, the same horrible gameplay from years past, unrealistic selling of moves, and horrible mini games rule the roost in this series. Without the great Wrestlemania mode or legends of WWE 2k14, this game is down for the count and should be future endeavored. Please 2K, get rid of Yukes as the developer.

Like in the 360 and PS3 versions, the creation suite has been destroyed, with most of the custom animations gone along with custom stories, finishers, and even music. Somehow the current gen version has managed to go one step forward and not only remove that but also custom arenas, belts, and female CAWs. But at least the last-gen versions have matches in them. There are over forty match types that were present in 2K14 but are missing in 2K15. There have been more match types REMOVED than actually exist in the game. There's a reason this game was review embargoed. Expand

Graphics are great. Gameplay is soooo sllllooooowwww... Buttons are on delayed response, so i'm yelling at the TV "punch, dammit!" while hitting the button 12 times in a row waiting for the slowest punches ever. I'm glad they give you the option to turn music off in the menus, tho! It can take like an hour to create a wrestler, and I don't want to hear the same 12 songs fast-paced songsGraphics are great. I'm glad they give you the option to turn music off in the menus, tho! It can take like an hour to create a wrestler, and I don't want to hear the same 12 songs fast-paced songs looping, so rather than mute my TV for parts of the game you can turn off music in the menus only, and leave the entrance music as-is. Great! They should stop trying to "recreate the WWE experience" and just make a fun wrestling game. Every great game needs a good character creator, and this one is better that it has been, but the organization is just silly. Go in to one menu to create a new character, then go in to a completely different set of menus to create a moveset, then assign it to that character, yuck! Also, OCD I realize, but i you want to create a modern appearance for a wreslter, you have to clone it and take up an edit slot, so now you have the same wrestler in two spots. Want to have a title match, but use that John Cena you made in nWo gear? You can't because the belt is on the OTHER John Cena in your character menu. Same for "retro" versions of a character, why have them in separate character slots? Just put all the versions under one character, and let me pick the look after I've selected that character. I haven't been able to stop playing FirePro over the years because its fun to play, and only take a couple minutes to set up and finish a match, WWE 2k15 isn't really... fun... Expand

Mildly impressive graphics, a massively pared down creation suite, missing game modes and an all new, slower and clunkier combat system are the major selling points of WWE 2K15, a game of so little importance to 2K that they seem to have forgotten to finish it. The facial scans vary from very well done to hideously inaccurate, and the new animations, while much smoother than previous iterations, are so slow and badly implemented that it feels less like you're performing the moves and more like you're triggering tiny cutscenes in the middle of the ring. Unfortunately, the MyCareer mode seems like a pile of unused potential. Its a great idea for a wrestling game, but there isn't much to it. Its severely lacking in content and mostly feels like a pointless series of matches in which you earn virtual currency to upgrade your character so that you can be more effective in future matches.

I really wanted to like this game, but the game itself (or perhaps the developers) doesn't really seem to give a **** about whether its enjoyable or not. The features are few and far between, the gameplay is plodding and dull and the traditionally massive creation options have been replaced by a sorry imitation. Sadly, I can't recommend this to anyone.... unless, of course, you like things that aren't fun. In which case, WWE 2K15 is the game for you!

WWE 2K15 is an "epic fail" in every sense of the phrase. What they wanted to do with this game is very clear: changing and giving the WWE game franchise a fresh start. Of course 2K had a few good ideas, but none of them add up to what they've removed. A removal I've seen cause a lot of outrage for example is the removal of create a diva. Create a superstar is also extremely dumbed down. Expand

This game is simply not finished. With all of the stripped down features (such as create a diva and create a finisher), controls that can be frustratingly unresponsive and a huge glitch that deleted over 15 hours of my progress (which seems to be very common btw) it's hard to see how this game can be shipped in such a condition?! The only saving grace for this game is that it is fun- when you finally get it to work. In a baffling design choice to remove knockouts completely (unless you perform certain OMG moments) I was incredibly disappointed.

What is good about the game though? Well My Career mode is a lot of fun and kept me coming back for over 10 hours- though it doesn't matter if the WHOLE F*CKING THING IS DELETED FOR NO REASON!!!! The character creator (though there is no create a diva mode) is well fleshed out and extensive (though previous games have had more content)- again though if your copy decides to delete itself it really doesn't matter how many customizable features you include. Finally the gameplay is pretty good- only once you get used to the controls- until then you will be hurling your controller across the room as reversals fail and when the game refuses to do simple things (throwing your opponent off of the hell in the cell springs to mind).

In summary this game is a colossal waste of money- if you decide to buy it do it when the next wwe game comes out as it'll be much cheaper than the £40 I wasted. This game however, is ideal for rental if you manage to find it.

    But seriously I want a refund 2k

Very disappointed that you are not able to create your own diva. Was one of the reasons why I liked the other games so much and was very let down to discover when I purchased it that you were not able to.
