Nov 22, 2017The game is not awful, I just felt like all the cut scenes were really drawn out and the ending just seemed a little weak Graphics are good Audio is good, game play is fine. Most of my disappointment is with the story itself.

Jan 22, 2018I couldn't get into this one that much, but at the same time I really couldn't put the game down too. Wolfenstein 2 is a generic FPS with not much creativity. The game play is fun, but really repetitive after awhile. The campaign is longer than a stander FPS along with some side mission, but their's not a whole lot to do after that. I wait for a price drop.

Dec 24, 2017It's a solid game, with a solid story, solid soundtrack, solid gameplay and meh replayability. That's it. This game isn't anything special, and I would hesitate to call it a 60$ game. But overall, it's fine.

Dec 3, 2017The game has good dialogue, graphics and gameplay but that's about it. Repetitive end game side missions, a story that felt somewhat rushed and odd gameplay decision go against the improvements made in the game. Don't get me wrong the gameplay is good but it's just not as good as it could have been.

Sep 8, 2021Nice effort but disappointing. Not going in the right direction in my opinion. Love BJ and want more of him for sure but don't mess with what works.

Dec 13, 2018I think the mild disappointment I feel about the newer Wolfenstein games is a matter of taste. As a Jewish American, the power fantasy of mowing down Nazis in the original Wolfenstein was intoxicating. That same cultural identity is what makes the newer games a depressing slog for me. This game is extremely well made, I just can't say that it's any fun.

Mar 3, 2020Okay game but little bit boring and absurd if you compare to previous ones.

Jun 30, 2021I played the xbox series x version, which looked amazing (4K, more fps).
The progressive system is well done with the weapons and upgrades you receive during the game. I also liked the enemies, sometimes the KI was a bit weird but ok. The story and length were also ok.
Consider, that the game and cutscenes have brutal elements in it. -
Apr 21, 2021Much of the same as usual decent graphics , action packed , a Great Bad Guy , best out of the last 3 put lacks a certain something , would've given it a 7.5 if possible.

Oct 28, 2022Wolfenstein II: The New Order is almost great but is held back by a number of issues. A few design choices Machine Games made far too often took me out of the game and frustrated me to no end. For such a great feeling game, the lack of damage indicators to and from enemies made the game feel off far too many times. An outdated health system forced me to play the game differently than I wanted to. Instead of the clear intent at fast paced chaotic action the game does so well, I was too often hiding behind cover, scouring for health packs, and dying in seconds due to frequent difficulty spikes. Even with these issues, I still had an overall positive experience with the game due to strong story beats and chaotic moment to moment action. Wolfenstein II is a game I would recommend to anyone but is a game that may leave you feeling a bit frustrated in the end.

Nov 15, 2017Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus brings gamers around the world and single player, first person shooter that delivers a fantastic storyline, beautiful graphics, and an experience that is hard to surpass on any platform. Bethesda and MachineGames have done a tremendous job in showcasing evil exists in the world, the fight that good people have to go through to prevent this evil from taking hold, and what happens when good people do absolutely nothing. This game is easily a contender for game of the year, with only a few shortcomings, and I expect to see Wolfenstein II make a serious case for why they deserve the crown.
