On one hand, this couple of hours journey through the memories of a bored, broken, female office worker intrigues and delights me in equal measure. I love the way the narrative is told in an experimental and different way from the usual method. I also appreciate the puzzle sections and wide collection of playing styles. But some of the other gameplay choices are terribly broken and dull.

Where the Bees Make Honey is an unusual name, and while the title may be a little misleading you figure out why the game is called that early on in the game. It's a collage of different memories you went on while growing up and reliving those moments. The story managed to keep me interested despite a few small control issues (I found the control overly sensitive and abrupt at times. The visuals and sound accompany the story really well and created a unique experience. Each level feels unique and with the added puzzles in game it does make the little content that’s available to you to be fun some of the time. Where the Bees Make Honey isn’t a game that everybody will love and it does suffer with a few issues but if you enjoy unique gaming experiences you might find something here to tickle your fancy.
