    An absolute blast, in my humble opinion. Aircraft, ground vehicles, and naval forces, in ultimate battles. So much fun!

    I personally really liked the game. For online games, the graphics are excellent and also have good gameplay.

    I am so happy I've finally come across such a cool game. Haven't played anything more exciting for ages. Great design< wonderful gameplay and skillfully created graphics.

    The game is really good and exciting. The most modern graphics. Many models of military technic. Great sound. Probably the biggest online battle game. I really like it.

    Glad to finally see the most immersive online war sim on Xbox. I rate it 9/10 cuz its too addictive and I don't want to go outside anymore. Such an incredible opportunity to play naval forces, tanks, aircraft and helicopters in one game fore free.

    There is a mass of gameplay here, and many war machines to play with. It is still in early access on xbox, but War Thunder has already left its mark on other platforms.A ridiculously high number of tanks, planes and now ships are available to us. Great game with with some xbox platform specific glitches that are quickly being ironed out.

    I've been waiting for Xbox version for ages. War Thunder was the only game I kept playing on my **** PC after I bought Xbox One. Now I can finally give the laptop to my grandma and play WT on console. The game is pretty much the same as on PC, free access to naval CBT for Xbox players is really nice. I would even give it 10/10, but -2 for the lack of flight joystick support, I miss it inI've been waiting for Xbox version for ages.     After all this time one of the best military mmo hit the Xbox. If you love war machines, you need to check it for sure! Aircraft, tank and navy in one game. Arcade and Realistic game modes, plenty of vehicles and detailed maps. "War never been so much fun"!

    Overall a good game only lacking the ability to bind all functions necessary for the game to a controller. Well handled pay to progress system.

    I like the fundamental mechanics of the game but it's grind is ridiculous. Also a lot of the stuff they have been adding is ridiculous like volumetric shells, balance changes and traction changes. They have made they game so frustrating to play. It just blows my mind that Gaijin doesn't understand if they just make the game less grindy and overall less frustrating more people would stay toI like the fundamental mechanics of the game but it's grind is ridiculous.     I'm giving this a 1(Updated from a 3 to 1 as there is no HOTAS Support on Xbox) and I hope that that may change at some point, but currently the game is TRASH .... it's a direct PC port , it doesn't appear they've done anything to change the controls from Keyboard and Mouse to an xbox controller so good luck aiming or maintaining consistency in controls.     I'm hoping it will support my Thrustmaster HOTAS ONE, but we'll see I've yet to have confirmation on this although they are selling a PS4 branded version.

    I've only done the flight missions but so far it's ridiculous as it's looking for mouse style input ....

    I'll update this later in the week when I attempt it with HOTAS(Hands on Throttle and Stick) ...

    PLEASE MAKE THIS BETTER!

    *UPDATE* This game does not support HOTAS!!! ... this makes it even more trash.

    They're currently marketing a Thrustmaster HOTAS kit for PS4 with a Special War Thunder package ... yet no support for Xbox .... get it together Gaijin!    … Expand

    As the game is crossplatformer, filled with cheaters, tons of cheater from PC side. Also fatal bugs all around for years which didnt get solved.

    Gaijin's greed is out of control. Yeah I get it, a company's purpose is to make money, and that will always be a priority. But these developers still need to balance the economy correctly so that free-to-play players don't have pay real money. That's the whole point of making a game free-to-play. Otherwise, it isn't a free-to-play game at all, it's a scam. I am not paying any real moneyGaijin's greed is out of control.     The game is impressive in terms of content and realism and fun, with a lot of historical vehicles to drive from air to the grounds and seas. It’s a good free to play, if you’re willing to spend a lot of time grinding the broad content.

    The menu, currency confusion, being outclassed by pay-to-win players and lack of help is very off-putting in the beginning, but it does start to make sense if you can devote the time to learn it and stick with it. It’s not going to be for everyone, and I’d still wager it’s more catered towards the hardcore crowd, or those with disposable income, but War Thunder can be a deep and exciting game in the heat of battle. Once it’s free to play and out of Early Access, there’s no harm in giving it a shot, like your tank cannon.
