    I've put hundreds of hours into this game and I personally love it, the game modes are quick and easy to get the hang of. The game does depend massively on wether or not you enjoy communicating with team mates and wether or not you can put up with the large amount of the community who are incredibly toxic, however if you can look past the amount of 3 yr olds with a mic and a dictionary ofI've put hundreds of hours into this game and I personally love it, the game modes are quick and easy to get the hang of.     To give this game credit it is definitely one of the most tactical, high depth shooters I have ever played. There is so many ways to play this game and although there is only 1 main mode to play, it is still a very fun and addictive mode that is iconic to the gaming community. The core gunplay is great and strategic and the variety of operators and maps make every game different.     i've been playing since 2017 and i never get tired of playing, you can play alone, you can play with your friends, the game is tactical and you can't run without thinking, you have to think before you act, but you have to think fast otherwise time runs out and you lose or die

This is not the best title in the franchise, but it's a nice change of pace from the usual twitch shooters. The subtitle "Siege" is revealing since the game is all about raiding a building in order to save a hostage, disarm a bomb or neutralize threats. This is not the best title in the franchise, but it's a nice change of pace from the usual twitch shooters. The subtitle "Siege" is revealing since the game is all about raiding a building in order to save a hostage, disarm a bomb or neutralize threats. It features PvP modes that consist of five rounds. Teams alternate between defending and attacking a bomb or hostage. Before each round begins, the defenders barricade windows, walls, floors and ceilings, while the attackers recon the area with mini-drones. The team who wins three out of five rounds are the victors. There are no respawns, so rounds are brief and the combat is normally in close-quarters.

    Terrorist Hunt is another mode which can be played solo or cooperatively with three others. The goal is take down a number of A.I. controlled enemies or save a hostage or disarm a bomb. This being a Tom Clancy property, there is plenty of cutting edge realistic tech. In addition, "Siege" features five reality-based counter terrorist units. Each has four operators (special classes) which are unlocked with points you earn as you level up. In Situations, a single player tutorial mode, you can preview the operator's special abilities while taking on various terrorist scenarios. Before you begin any mission, firearms can be customized with different skins, attachments and accessories.

    Like Overwatch and other esports titles, "Siege" does not include a story campaign. The basic edition is almost like a starter pack now since it's devoid of any priced DLC. Unfortunately, microtransactions has become a big thing with this title. Yet, Ubi Soft has continually updated the game with free maps and limited timed events. Overall, this is a good, intense tactical shooter. I would rate the basic edition with an 8.4 out of 10.    … Expand

    I love the mechanics to this game, some may complain about the operators slowly becoming ‘unrealistic’ but I think that it shows the creativity of Ubisoft. There are maps, guns and operators I love and despise but I still enjoy the game thoroughly and it’s great to play with friends.     My only complaints: The range on Clash’s CCE shield is ridiculous, I was one time on a climbing frame on house and clash was somehow reaching me from inside of the house.
    Also, it would be better if Ubisoft listened to the community more when it comes to the addition and removal of features, they shouldn’t just listen to salty pro-league players
    Finally, smurf accounts and mnk on consoled needs to be controlled better.    … Expand

    Siege has been the only great FPS on console for years now. It's consistently updated with great free content and has a massive skill ceiling that gives it an outrageous amount of replay value. You never stop learning and improving and I can't say the same for any other game I've played.

    I love this game. One of my favorite first player shooters and I love how you can switch up your styles if you need to to win. Playing alone is fun but also playing with your friends is even better

    I do enjoy this game but only with friends, I’m really not the biggest fan of the tactical FPS genre so I only can play a few games at a time. I think that if your into this kind of stuff then you’ll love this, I’m not but I’ll still give it an 8 because it’s a well designed game.

    This game is easily one of the best shooters I have ever played it's multiplayer is so much fun and even though it doesn't have a campaign it still has situations which work fine as a story mode and terrorist hunt is a great gamemode fighting the AI this game is a must have for any gamer out there.

    Rainbow Six Siege is the game I have played the most on my XBOX ONE. There's many operators and skins to unlock. It has great graphics, good tactics, and is fun with an XBOX party with friends. Sometimes, though, you're playing online, and you have to compete against level 150's, while you're still level 60, which is, indeed, impossible to win.
    But still, amazing game.

    The Operator system is one of the best things ever happened to gaming. Yes it is a hero system but done so well that it changes the game play each time a new operator is released.

    It is like playing a game of chess and you don't know what the next move (selection) the other is going to make but according to the map, you make decisions and strategies. It is amazing.

    Love everything about this game. The game play is the best out there with single life. It should be implemented in all games moving forward as it creates more tension and you strategies are corporate more with your team.

    If one member of your team pics an operator, no body else can pick that one. THAT IS BRILLIANT as we don't end with up with 3 medics and 2 Snipers, like many other HERO games let you.

    The community is amazing as well and they play well and listen to you even if you do not know them.

    This isn't an easy pick up and play game though. It requires are learning curve and is worth taking time to learn and master.

    Maps are so amazing that I am still learning them after 4 years. Filled with details and hidden areas.

    This game really is a game of the decade in my opinion. If you want a good shooter with brains, dont look anywhere else. You are at the right place with Rainbow Six: Siege.    … Expand

    This FPS will keep you on the edge of your seat for hyper competitive play and will never get old. I have been playing this game since it’s release many years ago along with a core group of friends. While we may cycle through new hot titles, rainbow six siege remains the one game we always fall back on no matter what.

You can’t just walk into the building without taking the time to find the people and kill them.     You have to find out where the enemy team is located by using a drone or cameras depending on whether your attacking or defending

    depending on which character you are will depend on what gadgets you will use. An example of the gadgets would be stuff like a nitro cell, grenade, riot shield, bear trap, gu mines, claymores and many more

    I really enjoy this game. The gameplay can either be quick or slow, but that’s part of the fun! This game is different from many games like this because only a few hits can make you lose, and that’s pretty unique. The single player part is amazing. Each mission is a little short, and there aren’t many missions, but it’s a great part of the game! The multiplayer is harder when starting, butI really enjoy this game.     Positives- Game gives a good blood rush to the player where fighting’s isn’t intense and almost anything can kill you. Community manager is very active when interacting with the community. There is a large variety of guns and operators where you can choose from. The games destruction changed the FPS game making it one of the best tactical shooter shooters ever.     Negatives- Game is riddled with glitches and bugs and it seems like every season some new kind of glitch is out. Major updates seem to take forever which is every three months and it seem s that’s every new DLC operator that comes out are always over-powered which Ubisoft ends up nerfing a week later. Servers are horrible. I always seem to disconnect from it every game at least once. Hit reg is horrible it seems that sometimes you’ll put 20 bullets in someone and they still won’t die.

    In the end I recommend this game to anyone who isn’t a fan of FPS games.    … Expand

    In my opinion this is the best Rainbow Six game to come out in the series. You can tell that Ubisoft put a lot of time onto this game as every operators has there on little way of play style. Also the game is still getting updates 2 years after the game first came out! Only a couple months ago the added two new operators to the game for free!

    Rainbow Six Siege is a fantastic game at its core. The controls are tight, the action is a perfect mix of exciting and thoughtful, and there’s lots of interesting new ideas that should be praised. But the lack of content and shameless business practices hold it back from greatness.
