    Fantastic.

    Fast paced, strategic, great curve. It will take a couple of weeks before map strategies unfold but this is CS reborn.

    This is the best FPS since Halo 1. I have worked at three Gamestops for 3.5 years total and can easily claim that. Anyone who disagrees is simply uneducated on shooters. I see people blindly bashing EA for making this when they didn't! They simply funded Respawn Entertainment and gave them complete control over the game.     This game features great innovations without forgetting the great "fan service" for all fans of "Mechas".

    The "gameplay" is certainly what most stands out, really making you feel like a giant robot would handle. No need of an incoherent story and just the great online multiplayer.

    In the graphics looks great although not totally in HD and the sound envelop you with their details everywhere.

    I own this for PC. This game is easily the best multiplayer I have played in a long time. The game is so fluid and crisp. Well at least maxed out on 1080p on my PC it is. So much fun and a constant rush. It actually has my attention. It is not just another brain dead shooter. I am writing my review here as well because this seems to be where most people are going for the reviews.

Because Titanfall feels exactly like everything Activition wanted to do with their games and never did because they were stuck on too much realism worries and arcade fire fights on endless mp battles... Titanfall is like no other fps where you jump, and use your tons of perks to customize your game and is so light as it is heavy to play while your running, destroying,10 out of 10. Why?     Amazing Game, i dont even like shooterw but this is so mich Fun. Awesome,vinnovativw Multiplayer, fast and furious Mechs. I will plays this for years. Reason to buy an Xbox One.

    Awesome game, intense gameplay, the customization is awesome, you can customize your titan, your pilot your weapons and the burn cards, the graphics are good the sound perfect i recommend for everyone that is tired of the same shooters over and over the years.

    The diversity of play styles is refreshing and amazing. I like most what's included in this game with a few minor detractions: Burn cards (temporary boosts) are a nice touch, but more automatic management of them would be nice (like auto-sell the ones I don't find useful, and preferences to auto fill open slots based on the match type). Jumping onto an enemy titan from the 120 degrees while they're walking toward you nearly always results in your death for some reason. Titans can't jump . . . but they use jump jets to rocket across the ground at high speed... The bullets from the long bow (small sniper rifle) travel faster than the bullets from the Kraber-AP (high powered sniper rifle)... wut? Those are my major objections, and they are slight.… Expand

    Awesome game. This game brings new dynamics to the FPS genre. Respawn have the balance spot on nothing feels out of wack but there certainly is variety available. Though the campaign multiplayer could have a bit more focus on the story with deeper characters it still is highly enjoyable.

    Pretty, Pretty, Pretty Good (well, it's great actually... but that didn't fit my Curb your Enthusiasm quote lol).

    Parkour / Movement / Fast Paced / Competitive.. these are a few words I would use to describe the game.
    Most fun I've had with a MP shooter since... well, probably ever : or maybe Unreal Tournament 2003.

    Buy this game, now.

    I love this game. Halo? What's that? is AWESOME!!! Whether your on foot or in a Titan does not matter since there is so much to do. This game has so many different fighting strategies and techniques it's almost hard to decide what you want to do first. There is a smart pistol for your secondary. You can double hop with a jet-pack, you can wall run, you can absorb/shield bullets and letI love this game. Halo? What's that? is AWESOME!!! Whether your on foot or in a Titan does not matter since there is so much to do. This game has so many different fighting strategies and techniques it's almost hard to decide what you want to do first. There is a smart pistol for your secondary. You can double hop with a jet-pack, you can wall run, you can absorb/shield bullets and let them go back to enemy, you can jump up on roofs, have your bot follow you as back up and give orders, you can ride on other Titans and support, use you missile launcher and assist/kill other Titans, snipe from far away...etc etc etc...You can play "Classic" multi-player or Campaign Multi-player...I don't think there is a "single" player Campaign mode(?) I can't believe some reviews give this game a 0/10 but I guess they did the same to CoD's. You can play 2 Campaigns and get 2 bonus Titans from completing both sides (we vs them) and you get major XP. All I can say is it's LOTS OF FUN. I still LOVE BF4 and CoD G and this is great too!… Expand

A Fast paced, action packed, well balanced fps. Titan fall has given me a reason to come back to FPS after years of repetitive contend served by Dice and Activision. Respawn has created a foundation for a great game that can ANDI find it interesting to see some of the obvious fake low scores to this game.     I am giving this a 10 because of all the Sony fanboys giving it a 0. It really is more of 9.25-9.5 though. One reviewer in the negative section even said "the single player campaign is much too short" There is no single player campaign, hence that is a negative review jut to be a troll.

The number of times I've said "Xbox, Record That" is testament to the spectacle this game affords. Even a losing match has enough moments where you can feel like a badass that playingLet's get this out of the way Titanfall is amazing.     Excellent game. Ignore the butt hurt fanboys and haters out there blindly rating this game low. This game does not deserve anything lower than an 8/10. It's not perfect, but it's great. Remember, all the people who are enjoying and loving the game are on their PC or Xbox One playing it, not sitting around and posting BS low-rated "reviews" on Metacritic.

    I have gotten far more than my moneys worth. I love the various ways to kill people, bots and titans. No mater what the game mode, the dynamic battle always requires strategy. The free dlc is the icing on the cake.

    Titanfall was designed to be a online multiplayer game only. Which is why some people rate it low, because it doesn't have a campaign. Which is ridiculous, you can't fault a game for not going with the norm of all multiplayer games having a single player storyline, I don't fault Skyrim for having no multiplayer, so why should Titanfall by faulted for having no single player. The answer is it shouldn't.

    Titanfall design choices have really made a unique game, and these choice have been the criticism of faults mostly by people who've never played the game. They complain about bots, but the bots are mostly just part of the environment, you don't fault game for intractable object within the multiplayer match.

    Pro

    Fluid Game (Parkour movements are solid, and the Titans feel great)
    Best Balanced (Nothing seems overpowered or underpowered)
    Great Maps (15 maps is the most we've seen in a while from any game, and they all are pretty unique)

    Cons

    Sometimes labels don't appear fast enough above players, I'm shooting at my team grunt for a while in till it finally appears, but then its gives away my postion.

    short list of game modes, they have all the basics, but I'd like to see a pilot only mode.

    Better on PC, but this game was the best new IP this generation. it is a shame how respawn ruined this franchise with it's awful sequel spinoff. Do not buy Titanfall 2. Instead support this game and show the AAA industry that we won't take their crap anymore.

    Well this games lives up to the Hype, The Titans gives a Mech Warrior feel with COD controls. Then you throw in the jet packs & wall running other games had did it before but not running this smoothly. There already updating the games and new game types are on the way. All the bad scores are the PS fans that can't stand it's not on there system.

    Pure excellence in game form. Multi-player only, but this focus breeds perfection. The campaign/multiplayer mixture is a bit watered down, but overall this is what online shooters are meant to be like. Don't take the zeros as indications that this game is poor, take it as a sign that some "gamers" are a tad jealous it's not multi-platform. If you can, buy this game!

    Absolutely brilliant. Having been a shooter fan since the first Doom and having played just about every FPS to date, including the F2P's I have to give Titanfall a huge double thumbs up. If you like the responsiveness of the controls in Call of Duty, and the strategic thinking of Battlefield you will find Titanfall perfectly in the middle. It is not a COD or BF clone; it is a refreshingAbsolutely brilliant.     A breathe of fresh air to the gaming industry. I have not seen this drastic of a change to the FPS platform in at least a decade. A big thanks to Respawn for such a transitional title.

    I am already looking forward to the next one on Source 2 engine with bigger scale and quality visuals.

The graphics are good and have s solid framerate. But it seems the graphics engine is a little bit outdated and fights with some tearing.

    Full Recommendation from my side. Cons: - Some Tearing - Pricing (for a    Fresh new gameplay with the huge titan, but you are not forced to use them. It's a lot of multiplayer fun and especially the netcode is on the level of former COD games. The graphics are good and have s solid framerate. But it seems the graphics engine is a little bit outdated and fights with some tearing.

    As a long-time first person shooter player, I had started to get bored of the games I once sunk hours into. Even the Halo franchise, which I have enjoyed for a long time, gets less and less play time, and I have spent more time in other genres. To put it plainly, the shooter genre just got stale. Nothing really new or compelling had come out in a long time, and the existing mechanicsAs a long-time first person shooter player, I had started to get bored of the games I once sunk hours into. Even the Halo franchise, which I have enjoyed for a long time, gets less and less play time, and I have spent more time in other genres. To put it plainly, the shooter genre just got stale. Nothing really new or compelling had come out in a long time, and the existing mechanics weren't enough to keep me around.

    This changed with Titanfall. If nothing else, the movement of the game is enough to keep it from feeling like any other FPS out there. Jumping through second story windows, running on walls, and hopping from rooftop to rooftop just makes it feel different than any other FPS out there. The myriad ways you can traverse a map means that even if you have a general direction you like to travel on a given map, you have myriad ways of arriving there.

    Throw the Titans into the mix, and this where things start to get really interesting. It essentially adds another game into Titanfall because the mechanics between being on foot and being in a Titan are so different. Where being on foot allows you visceral, fast movement and freedom, the Titans are a little more restrictive. You can only go certain places on the map, you are a hug target to any enemies on the map, and you need to think more about cover because being in a few-meter tall mech makes it harder to dodge fire. However, mastering the different Titans (there are three) and their various loadouts to give you the perfect combination for a given situation is very rewarding.

    Speaking of rewards, although the game is short on story (the campaign mode is 9 missions that can be played from the viewpoint of each of the 2 factions), the various weapon rewards will keep you coming back for more. Whether it's getting the new scope for your carbine or unlocking the rapid fire mod for the Titan rocket launcher, there are some compelling upgrades that you're going to want to nab.

    I've been having a blast with this game (more than any other shooter I have played in the past couple years), and suspect I will be for quite some time. Hats off to Respawn for breathing some new life into a genre that had otherwise begun to become very stale indeed.    … Expand

That said, Titanfall has no real campaign, a shame they did not do something akin to SW Battlefront 2.     Ignore the negative reviews from the sad Sony fans. They don't have any games worth playing so they go to every article or review and post garbage about the Xbox One and the Xbox One games. Titanfall is perfect. It looks and plays great on the Xbox One. Fast moving, lots of action and never boring.

    Epic game! I can not describe the feelings I had with it. It is a constant will to have more a more of this game. Fast kills, huge maps, jet-packs, wall-running and titans. What more can I ask for?

    The second I played on Titanfall with my trusty press pass for EGX13 I knew it was a winner. For 5yrs I said Call of Duty should have a modded edition and technically now it has. All those dodgy things you craved to do have seen fruition.

    No other alpha has made me jump up and hug a rep especially not with EA who for so long seem to have been transfixed on FIFA but it's over.    The second I played on Titanfall with my trusty press pass for EGX13 I knew it was a winner. For 5yrs I said Call of Duty should have a modded edition and technically now it has. All those dodgy things you craved to do have seen fruition.

    the blend between playing as a pilot and a titan is so sweet, a perfect combination of twitch shooting with intense mech showdowns is something that has never been done before..     Amazing game. Maps are excellent with a wide variety of them (15 total). Lots of weapons, which all feel balanced and unique, Titans are awesome, gameplay is fast, skillfull and intense. The game is well balanced, one of the best MP games I've played in a long time. Go buy it

    To be honest when you play as a pilot you feel like playing CoD and when you ride a Titan you feel like you are playing Halo. Is just a mix of everything good out there, if you like FPS you have to play TITANFALL.

    about the 792 well PS4 is doing a better job about that in every single game they have (1080p) but you soon forget about it because of the great game TITANFALL is.

    I had huge expectations but was still blown away. The campaign mode doesn't work as well as it could, but when you play it's just so much fun it doesn't even matter. Everytime I start wallrunning I get a kick, everytime I call for Titanfall I get a kick, and everytime I jump out of a Titan I get a kick, and I could go on. Just a huge amount of fun!

    I have about 4 hours of play on Titanfall, so far and i'm really enjoying it. I don't understand why people are giving it such horrible reviews. If your thinking of purchasing this game ignore the negative reviews and buy it. This game is something fresh and new unlike most games out there.

    Man, oh man. I don't know how anybody could give this game a negative review. I've played every COD (and honestly disliked them after MW2) and love Halo and Borderlands. This game is just fantastic. I bought it on PC and bought an XB1 bundle for it. God damnit. I love this game.

Weapon balance is pretty perfect (the smart pistol is annoying, but that's the only gun everyone hates). The sense of mobility and verticality is amazing. I find myself forgetting that I can just run and jump up the side of the building rather than just using the stairs. Gameplay isFun. Period.     I just finished Titanfall's gritty and awesome campaign. How is it? Mind blowing, epic, brutal, nail biting and full of bloody ball kicking action. Titanfall's puts you in charge of the mech. The whole game puts you in charge of your character. Choose your destiny. The graphics are awesome and by far it's the best game yet on Xbox One. Buy it and its a adventure worth reliving.

    I would have given it an 8 or 9 but i gave it a 10 because of people giving it a 0 because of a few minor issues. Great fluid movement and great shooting mechanics that have made the first person genre feel new. Great Titan movement that doesn't feel clunky like other games with mechs. Overall its a great buy and definitely worth 60 dollars.

The combat flexibility is amazing, and there could be enemies anywhere not just the static 20 places for snipers in BF.     Really awesome game. The whole pilot and titan sides of this game brings new dynamics to the gameplay and just add fast movement with that and yopu got a solid game. Respawn have nailed the balance nothing feels overpowered or useless. Though the campaign multiplayer could have used some more work. I hope the coming DLC will add to the campaign side of things as well as the multiplayer.

    TitanFall has set a new defenition to shooters with their fast paced action that blows your mind. No other FPS has ever set the bar this high for other games to compete with. I truly have no problems whatsoever with the framerate dropping like many say. For the people experiencing this, wait a day or two and with will be fixed with a patch, just like in DR3.

I've put in 30 hours of playtime so far, and the game keeps getting better. I learn new tricks and discover different ways to play every match. If you have an Xbox One, this is the game to own.

The mech (Titan) combat is pretty hectic (in a good way), and you'll be running on excitement when inside one. The downside is that that part of the game doesn't last long because there are many other titans around you looking to destroy you.

    I actually have the most fun when outside the mechs and using weapons to take down other mechs. Also, jumping on titan's backs to destroy them is pretty sweet (Halo-esque).

    Game is pretty good. I would honestly give it an 8 out of 10, but the haters are giving 0s for no good reason and I feel like it needs to be bumped up. It's a fun game if you like shooters. Good next gen game and I am sure in the next few weeks they will give it the graphic boost to reach 900p.

    The game is flawless ... problem is with all the bored psponies coming here suffering w/o one decent title and giving 0s representing the number of decent exclusives the PS4 has :D

    Haven't had this much fun since MW2, yes the graphics could be better, yes the single playing is lacking. But the multilayer is amazing, absolutely hooked! So much fun to play!

    Awesome game ignore the reviews by Sony fans who are only giving bad reviews because they can't play it! Game is great best new FPS in years. Runs great as well Microsoft's Azure data centres are amazing getting 29ms ping. Silky smooth.

    the weakest aspect of the game is the campaign and the multiplayer is still far superior to most others that i still give it a ten. The multiplayer includes really well balanced and thought out mechanics.

    This game is the best multiplayer out there so far. The low user scores are just sony fanboys or trolls to lower the user score. Yes, it has no single player campaign, but they only focused on where they're good at. And it's GREAT! This is the best multiplayer game I played so far.

    It should be an 8 but for all the haters that get on and overexagerate and put 0's i put ten. Great action, great mechanics, super smooth, super fast. My friends and i forgot to breathe at times. Finished "campaign" in three hours. But its purely made online multiplayer, and yes i miss a good campaign, halo will be second to none.     Titanfall is a titan sized achievement in gaming. Simply put...Titanfall takes all of the best parts of Battlefield, Call of Duty, Tribes, etc... and wraps them in pure gaming adrenaline. Brilliantly balanced with over the top action and moments of pure awe. One other thing: people are actually having fun...the game feels fresh, frantic and fantastic. Check it out and have some gaming fun!

    Xbox One is better then PS4, and Sony wishes it could get titles like Microsoft can get but no true gamer uses the PS4, sucks to be those losers! And Titanfall surpasses expectations! Titanfall is the best :-)

    the best multiplayer game after the original COD.... been playing for 5 hours straight...... most of the people who have given this game negative score are Sony PS4 fanboys and cant stand that xbox one has much better games then the PS4... go play knack u babies while hardcore gamers like me enjoy Titans!!

Giant mechs, perfectly balanced weapons with perfectly designed multi-layered maps, dual scale warfare, David and Goliath style fighting, verticality, parkour (including but not limited to: wallrunning, wall-hanging, double jet-pack jumping and rodeo), then perfectly married Titan vs. Titan, Titan vs. Pilot, and Pilot vs. PilotThis game is perfect. That's it; - It is the perfect game.     The most impressive aspect is the way in which as a pilot, you feel as if you stand a pretty good chance against a titan if you are smart and use your speed and abilities to your advantage, whilst as a titan you feel all-powerful and as if you are in the better situation;- and you are, so long as you are tactical in your titan.

    Best Multiplayer game hands down. Fun, a lot of Maps that are used within all game modes and just original. Runs smooth on Xbox, no lag no crashes. Probably best game of the year. CoD, Killzone and BF have a lot to learn from this game. Off the bat the Titan's are riot, you don't have to get in one but its a hell a lot of fun taking them out from rooftops.     Aside from a few minor quibbles (I can jump across streets and hop over entire buildings, but a knee-high window ledge is insanely finicky to get past?) Titanfall is undoubtedly a great game which does an exceptional job of breathing new life into an increasingly-stale genre.
