The Outer Worlds: Murder on Eridanos is a marvelous farewell to the memorable cast and locales that this game has delivered to players. If you have enjoyed the quirky adventures of the Unreliable’s “heroic” crew, you owe it to yourself to experience this last hurrah in Halcyon.

Without spoiling the story, if you liked the base game of The Outer Worlds, you will love Murder on Eridanos on Xbox. The narrative is tight and keeps you guessing, the new gear is fun to find and use, and the increase in the level cap has been reflected across the game.

Fans, for their part, will find all the ingredients that made up the recipe for the base game and will be able to immerse themselves in this fanciful universe for 5 to 7 hours.

It's currently unfinishable because of crashes, and a lesson that maybe you should test your games before releasing them. FIX. YOUR. GAME. And next time? TEST. YOUR. GAME. Full Review »

Better than Peril on Gorgon and has more story, but it doesn't feel like your investigation matters. Nice premise, poor execution. These DLCsBetter than Peril on Gorgon and has more story, but it doesn't feel like your investigation matters. Nice premise, poor execution. These DLCs are also coming out very, very late from the core game, so it's hard to get back into the swing of TOW (as well as having to backtrack to play the DLC). Full Review »
