Oct 6, 2015Riddled with persistent problems (especially friend list issues), this game developer (Zenimax) has demonstrated naked greed by releasing new DLCs while ignoring the problems that existing customers are complaining about. This game is bringing down the excellent Elder Scrolls series and the excellent reputation of Bethesda Softworks altogether.

Sep 22, 2015Do you like boring fetch quests and WoW clones? If you do- ESO is the game for you. This game may appeal to someone who just wants to fight monsters non stop and is looking for zero depth, it certainly won't appeal to people who like Skyrim though.
Lots of running, long loading screens, boring and bland world. -

Jun 27, 2015Connecting to friends is a massive challenge, the game will crash on start up half of the time, and worst of all it is extremely pay to win. Enjoying walking across Tamriel for eternity unless you're willing to drop even more cash on a mount. A $60 game should NOT have micro transactions, especially one that is painfully boring.

Jul 6, 2015A horrible game. Graphics are worse than Skyrim and the playability is too worse... I don't believe that this game is 2015.
I'm really lucky, because the store changed the game by another! -

Jun 10, 2015So far, here are my accomplishments...size the screen, adjust my brightness, and watch smoke for 20 minutes while I'm told I am the 1st in the queue and my wait time is 1 second. Actual game time over 48 hours=0.
Please don't waste your money on this now. At least Destiny with it's issues is playable. -

Jun 16, 2015The game is just about running from A-B alongside dozens of other people doing the same quests at the same time. Any interaction other than Emotes is via headset/speaker...so forget any Role-Playing and listen to inane chat about 'how can i level up

Jun 22, 2015The WORST game on Xbox ONE atm. May as well play Runescape instead. No dialogue, combat is awful, too many people running round. Nothing like skyrim or oblivion.
-
Jun 19, 2015DO NOT THINK THIS IS ELDER SCROLLS 6. Play Fallout 4 this November or Skyrim right now. Avoid this cesspool of MMO tropes bad habits. MMO is not Elder Scrolls.
-
Jun 23, 2015Certainly not the worst game I've ever played, but pretty close. Working around other gamers in the world, stability issues, horrible dialogue, and an uninteresting storyline make this game almost unplayable. The missions are completely empty and mostly consist of walking to different locations and reading dialogue. Nothing like Skyrim, do not buy if you don't want to be bored.

Oct 7, 2019Game often impossible to get into. Just freezes up at loading screen. Also has the longest load screen times in gaming.

Jul 13, 2015Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited has addressed many of the issues that plagued the first title. There are still some issues with clipping, connections, and voice chat, but the game is still quite enjoyable with plenty of quests to complete and areas to explore. It isn't the perfect MMO by far, but at least it's one that won't cost you $15 a month and you can come back to it whenever you feel like exploring Tamriel.
-
Jul 10, 2015It may not be the best-looking MMORPG out there and its social tools could use some serious work, but in the end, The Elder Scrolls Online Tamriel Unlimited offers an intuitive and competent experience for console gamers and Skyrim fans alike.

Jul 10, 2015Tamriel Unlimited is neither a great Elder Scrolls game nor an MMORPG for the ages, but it's something else entirely. An addictive if often awkward compromise with an astonishing amount of quality subscription-free content.
